- The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent with 50% for Gen / OBC (NCL)/EWS (45% in case of SC / ST Categories) in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and any one of Biology/Mathematics/Computer Science/Statistics/Electronics/Psychology.
- Only female candidates are eligible for B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing course.
- The entrance examination will be conducted in English & Hindi language.
- The scheme of the entrance examination for B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing consists of one paper of 2 hours duration and consists of four parts containing objective type (Multiple Choice) Questions, with distribution of marks as under: - Physics: 30 marks- Chemistry: 30 marks- Biology: 30 marks- General Knowledge: 10 marks- Total: 100 marks
- The cut-off in qualifying marks for admission is required in the entrance test for all BSc courses, which shall be 50% for UR/EWS, 45% for OBC, and 40% for SC and ST.

You don't need to write any other exam for AIIMS Delhi now. Just crack NEET. Previously they had their own entrance test, but that's stopped. Now it's all through NEET. If you score high enough, you can get a seat in AIIMS through the normal counseling. No extra test, no extra process — just focus on NEET and you're good to go.
