Candidates must have finished Class 12 (or its equivalent) with at least 50% of the possible points in math, physics and chemistry (45% for restrcted categories). The main methods of admission are national examinations like JEE Mains or state-level entrance exams like TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions).Based on their academic merit and performance on these tests applicants are shortlisted. There are also management quota seats available however students must fulfill the prerequisites. Counseling, document verification, and payment of the first admission costs are all part of the final selection process.
