While there is no application process for registration or applying itself, students must pay application fees for the required entrance exams such as INR 1300 for AEEE which decides BTech admissions. While some other accepted entrance exams are JEE Mains, MAT, XAT, etc. 

This fee can be paid online through Net Banking while candidates are applying for the required exam.

Yes, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham conducts its own entrance exam known as the Amrita Entrance Examination Engineering (AEEE). Candidates can apply for B.Tech either through AEEE or JEE Main scores. It is not mandatory to have JEE Main scores if you appear for the AEEE exam.
