Honest Review AOT: Difficult exam, 75% attendance, infrastructure is beautiful.
Placements: 80% of students got into industry trading from Wipro. The top roles offered in my course are system engineer and GET. The top recruiting companies in our college are TCS and Cognizant. The highest package offered in our college is 9 LPA. The average and the lowest package offered in our college AOT are 4 LPA and 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: Mess is available in our college areas. Good quality food is available in the college canteen. Medical facilities and insurance are provided by the college. The gym and football ground are available in the college. The college library is good, and all books are available in our college library. Labs are good.
Faculty: Some teachers are very helpful. All teachers are qualified and experienced. They are helping with our project. Teaching quality was very advanced, and a digital blackboard was available in our college classroom. This course curriculum makes all students industry-ready. The semester examination is difficult.

AOT review - Helpful teachers and beautiful infrastructure.
Placements: In AOT, the highest package offered in our course is 9.03 LPA. Average package offered in our course is 6 LPA, and the lowest package offered in our course is 3.6 LPA. Top recruiting companies comes to our college are TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. 70 percent of students are placed in our college.
Infrastructure: Sports clubs are available in our college. Good quality of food is available in college canteen. Medical facilities are available in our college. A digital library is available in our college. All books are available in the college library. Wi-Fi is available in the computer lab.
Faculty: All teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching quality of all teachers is very good. They help before the semester examination. This course curriculum is relevant to the students, and it makes them industry-ready. Semester examination is difficult but 90 percent of students pass.

Value for money if I compare to many other colleges .
Placements: Since I am in my second year, I am not fully aware of the placements. But I talked with some seniors, and they said that after COVID, there was a drop in placements, but this year it improved. Also, our college became a TCS Priority College this year, so I hope placements will improve in the upcoming years. This year, about 300 students are already placed. I am not aware of the packages. There are companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Haldia Chemical, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities are quite good. In the library, there is a huge collection of books. The labs are very good. As I don't live in the hostel, I can't talk about the food quality, but there is Wi-Fi facility in the hostel. Our college organizes various sports tournaments, and there is also a gym facility.
Faculty: There are many good and qualified teachers who are always ready to help. The semester exam is very strict here, and many students face backlogs in every semester, but if you prepare yourself a little bit, you can achieve a good score. However, I think our syllabus is not at the industry level.
Other: I chose the course because I love signals, robotics, etc. Our college organizes a fest every year. The campus surrounding is very good because it is in a village very near a railway station and beside the Grand Trunk Road, so it has good connectivity.

My college has moderate placement offers and knowledgeable teachers.
Placements: Top roles offered in this course are a GET and a software engineer. The top recruiting companies in 2025 are TCS and Cognizant. Also, some other company comes to the college. Average package in our course is 3.5 LPA to 3.6 LPA, and the highest and the lowest packages are 9 LPA and 3.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: College facilities and infrastructure are better than those of other colleges. Wi-Fi is available in the lab and library. All labs are good. A digital board system was available in our college classroom. Also, a digital library is available in our college. The quality of food in canteen is good.
Faculty: 97.5 percent of students passed the university exam. Semester examinations are different in our college. Expected questions come in the semester examination. This course makes a student industry-ready in any field, such as core or software. All teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable.

AOT, the college of engineers.
Placements: 50 per cent of students were placed in my course. Our the largest package is 5 Lacs and the lowest package 1.2 Lacs and average package is 4 Lacs. Top recruiting companies in my course are Amazon, Cognizant. 24 per cent of students got internship in my course. Top role offered is software engineer.
Infrastructure: Our course facilities and infrastructure are both good. Our labs and classrooms are always clean, and also available Wi-Fi, and any kind of books are always available in our library. Our college hostel is good, and the quality of food is great. Mess and canteen are always clean, and there are also available medical facilities. Our sports are football and cricket.
Faculty: In our course, all teachers are helpful and all teachers have a Ph.D. degree. Our teacher's teaching quality is good. Our course curriculum is relevant. This course makes a student industry-ready. Our semester exam is difficult, but if you study well then you will pass the exam. Our pass percentage is 40 per cent.

Placements: Companies like TCS, Cognizant, and Infosys visit our college for placements. Faculty members provide very useful trips and information about placements. It helps us in our placement journey. The college also helps us after the placement journey for any future requirements.
Infrastructure: There is an average infrastructure in our college. Buildings are being built recently. The area is good enough, and the hostel is very big on our campus with a pond in the centre. It has a very good position near the railway station and a bus stop. It has good playgrounds.
Faculty: Faculty members are very strict in the academic curriculum. Exams conducted are truly fearsome. According to the university rules, the course curriculum we study is according to the syllabus. Faculty members teach us very nicely and properly with love.

With a WBJEE rank around 105800 you have a good chance of getting admission to aot academy of technology particularly in certain branches like electrical and electronics engineering as the closing cut off in for WBJEE in 2024 was 996426

My rank is 20k and cutoff for first counselling is 81257 for BTech ECE. Do I have a chance of getting a seat in AOT till last round?

Considering the AOT cutoff 2024 for the BTech courses, only Round 1 seat allotment was released for the ECE course. Considering the AOT ECE cutoff 2024, the cutoff stood at 81257.
