WBJEE 2026 Application Form: Check Steps to Fill Form, Application Fee, Correction Facility

Before filling out the WBJEE 2026 application form, the candidates are advised to keep the following certificates and details ready. This will allow the candidates to complete the WBJEE application form process quickly and without any issues. All of the details submitted in the WBJEE application form 2026 have to be as per the documents of the candidates.

Document Specifications

The online WBJEE application form 2026 will be released soon. The candidates will have to fill out and submit the WBJEE application form 2026 before the final date at wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee. The given steps can be followed to complete the WBJEE 2025 registration and form-filling process. 

Registration - Candidates can find the WBJEE 2026 registration link at wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee.

• Go to 'New Candidate Registration'
• To register, candidates will have to provide details like their name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and more. The provided details have to be reviewed before submission. 
• On successful WBJEE registration, an OTP will be sent to the candidate's registered mobile number.
• Verification of the same has to be done to complete the registration process. 
• The WBJEE 2026 application number will be generated after the registration process is over.

Fill out the application form - After the registration, the candidates will have to fill out the application form with the following required information.

• Nationality
• State of Domicile
• Religion
• Category
• Income Category
• Qualification Details - Passing Status, Passing/Appearing Year, Institute Name and Address, Institute Pincode
• Contact Details - Present Address, Permanent Address
• Exam Centre - The selection of three exam centres has to be done in order of preference

Uploading of scanned documents - Next, the candidates will have to upload scanned copies of their recent passport-size photograph and signature as per the official specifications. If the documents do not meet the specifications, then they will not be able to submit the form.

Pay the registration fee - Finally, the candidates will have to pay the WBJEE application fee 2026 online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted. If the candidates fail to pay the application fee before the final date, then they will not be allowed to attempt the exam. The generated online receipt has to be preserved as it will be required during the WBJEE 2026 admission process.

Step 5: Download the confirmation page - A confirmation page will be generated after the application form is submitted. Candidates should take a printout of the confirmation page and preserve it for future reference.

Forgot the WBJEE 2026 application number?

• Go to wbjeeb.nic.in
• Click on the application link.
• Go to 'Forgot Application Number'
• Candidates will have to provide their name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth and gender.
• Click on 'Submit'
• The application number will be generated and displayed on the screen.

Forgot the WBJEE 2026 password?

• Go to wbjeeb.nic.in
• Click on the application link.
• Go to 'Forgot Password'
• Candidates can select their convenient option - using an OTP via SMS or using a reset email link.
• The new password has to be provided following the guidelines.
• Click on 'Submit'

Candidates will be able to access the WBJEE 2026 application form correction facility online at wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee. The official WBJEE 2026 correction facility dates will be announced soon. Through the facility, the candidates will be able to edit/correct the information submitted in the WBJEE application form 2026. However, the candidates will not be able to edit all details. How to access the WBJEE 2025 application form correction facility?

• Go to wbjeeb.nic.in
• Click on the “WBJEE 2026 form correction” tab
• Candidates had to provide their application number, password and security pin.
• Click on the “Sign In” button
• The required details had to be corrected/edited. 
• Finally, the application form had to be submitted.

• The WBJEE 2026 application form will be released online. The authorities will not accept any other mode of application.
• Before registration, the candidates are advised to check the official WBJEE 2026 eligibility criteria.
• Incomplete or invalid applications will be rejected.
• The application fee has to be paid online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card.
• During the correction facility, the candidates will not be able to edit any primary data, i.e., name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, gender and domicile.

WBJEE 2026 admit card will be available online for all registered candidates. To download the WBJEE admit card 2026, the required credentials have to be used. While reporting at the exam centre, the candidates will be required to present their WBJEE admit card and identity proof. Important information such as the exam date, timings, allotted centre, guidelines and more will be available on the WBJEE 2026 admit card. If the documents are not availalbe with the candidates, then they will not be allowed to enter the venue and attempt the paper.
