Review of Apollo Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Our college offers a variety of placements and opportunities for the students studying there. At the start of the 7th semester, students do internships in companies for industrial experience. Also, students are free to choose their companies according to their choice, and college also provides companies. Many different criteria are set for recruitment. A minimum 5-6 LPA package is offered.

Infrastructure: The college also has computer labs having various technologies like Ubuntu, Linux, and Windows. The college also provides Wi-Fi facilities for the students. The college organizes sports week every year so the students who are interested in sports can gain exposure.

Faculty: 2 exams happen in every semester: one is the mid-exam, which is 70 marks, and the passing is 23, for which faculty members give important questions through which students can prepare, and the other exam is the main exam, GTU, which is also 70 marks and 23 marks passing.

Other: My course, which is a B.E. in information technology, covers various technologies and career options for a student. And it also depends on college teaching—how they're teaching core concepts—my college is very good at it. The college also organises tech fests in which students build different projects solving real-life problems and also ideathons, which focus on creating ideas for solving a real-life problem.

Review of Apollo Institute of Engineering And Technology. (Which comes under the GTU).

Placements: Currently, I'm in the 4th semester, but some of my friends and seniors are in the higher semester, and some are passing out, so this is normal in our college placement; not so huge companies are coming; small companies are coming for the hiring. And in terms of percentage, 30–40% of students got placed with the help of a college, whereas in other cases, they were searching for a good company and doing it by themselves. And most companies are coming from IT backgrounds. An AVG package at our college is around 3.4 LPA.

Infrastructure: Class rooms are pretty good; in fact, this year, the college has done all the renovation of classrooms and cabins. And about the hostel, the college does not have its own hostel, but in close proximity, there's a hostel and PGs. And if you want a PG or hostel for living, you just have to ask in the college admin office, and then they will provide information.

Faculty: The teachers are young, and mostly female faculty are there, and they are all good, and personally, I have made good contact with them all. And due to that, whenever I need any kind of help, they definitely provide us with solutions. The curriculum is as per the GTU syllabus: 1 mid-exam, viva, and then the semester final exam. The average course duration is 6 months.

Other: I personally feel that people nearby the areas of Hanspura, Nikol, and Naroda should definitely have to do their admission here, because I personally feel that the nearby college will save you much time and will help you put in extra effort to develop your skills. College life is amazing; the campus crowd is moderate; in a class, there's around 60 people. The best thing I like is that here I got my jigri yaars, and now I have good friends who are same-minded and also helping me upgrade my skills. Scholarships are there; if you are eligible, you can apply. I also applied last year, and I got a 20,000 rupee scholarship.

Apollo Institute of Engineering has a bright future.

Placements: No companies are coming to our college for placements; mainly, somehow, 2 Lacs is the highest package offered from the college. However, on our own, we can get a higher package on behalf of the college perspective, and we don't have to expect the college to give us a higher annual package. Students are only given the list of companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is somehow good, but not that much. Wi-Fi is not provided. Classrooms are good, the library is awesome, and there is a canteen for sitting and fun. For sports, there is a ground for cricket, a basketball ground, and a badminton ground. The quality of the food is excellent.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified, but their knowledge is bookish, not industrial expertise. Programmatic practical is not very good. During the semester, there are 2 mid-term exams and one university exam. To pass, a person should get 23 marks in each technical subject.

Other: I have chosen this Information Technology course for the upliftment and because it has high demand in today's world, which is increasing day by day. I must say that more practical knowledge and less theoretical knowledge would be an improvement for this course.

Placements: The highest package in our institute is 5 LPA. The average package is 2 LPA. Companies like Rimex give internships to students if they are eligible. The top roles offered in our institute are web development, data analysis, and many more if your result is good.

Infrastructure: There are many labs in our institute where practicals are taught to students. Classrooms and labs are very good. Wi-Fi facility is also available where every lab and department has Wi-Fi. There are no hostels in our institute. A canteen is also there, but no mess is there in our institute. Sports and games are available in our institute.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable in their field. They are very helpful if the student has any problem. Yes, the course curriculum makes the student industry-ready because they provide knowledge of every field, by which the student gets an idea of the industry.

Placements: About 50% to 60% of students are placed in our batch. The highest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Aspire Software Solutions, BIT Infotech, CBS Software Solutions, Kiwitech, etc.

Infrastructure: Our department has many facilities like Wi-Fi, a library, a canteen, a garden, a sports ground, a hostel, an electrical lab, a mechanical lab, a cyber security lab, etc. Our hostel has very good quality food but in the canteen, it is costly.

Faculty: Our teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. They help students just like a family member would. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams' difficulty varies from student to student. For some students, it is difficult, and for some, it is easy.

Other: In the world of technology, I chose IT because I wanted to learn about cybersecurity, coding, programming, the Internet of things, artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc. Our college has many good events, tech fest, campus surroundings, scholarships, and extracurricular activities. Review of Apollo Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Our TPO cell is doing exceptionally well in bringing the companies. As of now, 3 batches have passed out. While the first batch suffered as no measures were taken. The college itself was established in 2016. But the 2021 and 2022 batches had outstanding placements even during the covid pandemic. Cognizant, Wipro, and Infosys hired the most students, while many students also got placed in off-campus drives in major companies like TCS and IBM. The college brochures can be referred to for exact placement stats.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is great. Every day, some new development projects are going on. Laboratories are well maintained and have all the equipment. Smartboards and projectors are used as per need. 2 academic buildings, an administrative building, 2 girls' hostels, 2 boys' hostel, and 4 to 5 workshops are available. Wi-Fi facilities are available. The food is good, and hygiene is maintained. A playground is available for cricket, football, and badminton. Some indoor games are also conducted.

Faculty: The college is under MAKAUT, and the syllabus is regularly updated and improved. Our college and different departments also take measures to conduct coding contests, seminars, quizzes and extracurricular activities. We are guided to choose courses from Coursera and NPTEL, and also teachers help us understand the concepts.

Other: It's the most affordable college in West Bengal, with a fee structure of 3000 per semester for core branches and Rs 6000 for CSE/ECE per semester. The hostel accommodation fee Rs. 1500, and the mess charge is Rs 10,000 per semester. There are many scholarship schemes.

Faculties and HOD are good with the average placements.

Placements: There are so many chances of getting a job by placement in college. Students get a good salary in placements. MNC companies like TCS hire students and it is satisfying. Faculty members help with the interview preparation.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is much better than any other government engineering college. It is very good. The college is established in a very good location. Classrooms and labs are very modern and updated with the latest technologies. But not good as any private colleges.

Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive. They are very cooperative and they help students as much as possible. Internal exams of the college will be taken very systematically. The course is as per Gujarat Technological University and the course is very easy. Any average student can easily crack it.
