Totally dissatisfied with the college.
Placements: Our college provides placements for the students of mechanical engineering in companies like AGL and local small-scale industries, especially in Modasa. They offer a salary package of approximately Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 7,000 per month. Other than that, our college provides no other placements. Students here won't be dependent on faculty members, and they will study on their own.
Infrastructure: The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. All kinds of labs are available, but only for demonstrations as no single machine can work. Our college doesn't provide medical facilities in case of emergency. Sports and games events are organised in our college but for a few students only.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have almost 10 years of experience. Most of the faculty members who recently joined have about 4 to 5 years of experience, but they don't have any kind of technical knowledge. They can not teach you without any book during the lecture. The college management is not good, especially in students sections who handle the whole documents of students. Mostly, 40% of the sirs are arrogant to give tips and solutions for students' problems.
Other: Every year, our college organises gaming events and general fest. The campus crowd is around 6,000 to 8,000 students. The campus is located at state highway-59, in an open field of around 100 acres. Scholarships of around Rs. 7,000 are offered for OBC students in the first, second and third years of education. Approximately, Rs. 12,000 scholarship is provided for SC/ST students for 4 years.

Government Engineering College, Modasa is a good choice for the best educational.
Placements: Our faculty members try their best for placements. They organise placement fairs for students. Students get placement opportunities from small-scale companies that are located in Ahmedabad and Modasa. So, don't think about higher packages. However, placements in Aravalli are good enough.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is best for studies. The college offers NAMO Wi-Fi which is given by the government. Wi-Fi connectivity is the best in all the departments. There are no data limit rules here. Classrooms are huge, and we have a hall for all departments to conduct an event or small functions. The college also organises sports and games week in February.
Faculty: All the faculty members are very experienced. They have in-depth knowledge of their subjects. They have more than ten years of experience and are very helpful in all kind of situations. Conventional teaching methods are used here, and some faculty members also use new techniques which are useful to score well in competitive exams.

Our college gave the best facilities to its students.
Placements: This year, my seniors got placement on the campus. Maybe 45 to 50% of the students got placed with the highest salary package of 3-4 lacs per annum. The reputed companies visited our college in which some companies offer us jobs. Maybe 80 to 90% of the students got an internship in my college and various companies.
Infrastructure: My college infrastructure is good and comfortable. The whole campus is enabled with the free Wi-Fi facility. The facilities like labs, classrooms, garden, camps, helipad, etc., are available on the campus. The college has a medical facility, fire security, and camera security.
Faculty: Our faculty members are good and knowledgeable. Most of the faculty members are ME and PhD holders in their subject. Their teaching skills are good, and they use the easy methods for the understanding of students. Every student will remember for a long time. The faculty members are good but lazy.

The best college among GEC in short and simple.
Placements: The placement of our college is kind of average placements. The infrastructure of our college is awesome but the transportation facilities is not good so the companies does't comes for placement frequently. But due to the government college the value of our students knowledge and talent is appreciated during interview. The placement cell of our college is working hard day and night for bringing best possible companies for their students. The average stipend offered is around 20 to 30 thousand.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is considerably the best among the other Government colleges. The only issue is of transportation otherwise the college does not have any draw back. The college provides high-speed internet via Wi-Fi and LAN cables. The speed of Internet varies form 5 to 10 Mbps. The food facilities is also very good. For students coming from long distance hostel facilities are also provided.
Faculty: The teacher and the staff are well educated and qualified. The teacher uses various ways to teach us in a proficient way and they also give us technical knowledge. Industrial visits are arranged frequently. The college follows GTU syllabus. Overall the teaching of our college is awesome.
Other: The students and the faculty arranges many sports, cultural and technical related festival. The surrounding of our college is surrounded by lush green trees and in the campus also trees are planted.

Best college in Aravalli district.
Placements: Many companies visit for recruitment but take 3 to 4 students only from every branch. The average package offered by the companies is 2.5 to 3 lacs per annum. Students who have 8+ CGPA get placed easily. Companies like L&T, GVK Emri, Reliance, torrent, etc. visit for placement.
Infrastructure: My college is the second largest college by area in Gujarat Technology university(GTU). All the departments have their own building and they are in good condition. My college has 100 Mbps plan for campus Wi-Fi. Labs and library ARE available. For sportS, it has a big ground where we play football, cricket, handball, etc. A canteen is available and it is famous for its samosa.
Faculty: All the faculty members should have cleared GPSC for being a professor. The mechanical department has good faculty members. They are all helpful and always guide the students whenever required. All are kind and they support the students for stress-free study. Most of the professors have industrial experience.

Excellent government engineering college in Gujarat. Highest return of investment (guaranteed).
Placements: Being a government engineering college, very few companies visited the campus. Indian Army came for campus recruitment drive during that year. Professors assisted in getting internships in several good companies. Indian Railway was one of them. ONGC, PEASS Industries, TATA, Reliance Petroleum, Atlas Copco, Sandvik Coromant, Cutting Tools Limited, etc. were the companies which came for placements. Students were offered the roles of trainee engineer, junior engineer, intern for the jobs offered or internship.
Infrastructure: My college was known for having the best internet connection during those days. Speed of up to 10 Mbps was being offered to the students. However, the campus was not Wi-Fi enabled. The classrooms were very clean. There were no medical facilities as such. The canteen was not functional. The library was really massive and had a variety of books for several subjects. The management was overall very concerned about the student's overall development.
Faculty: The faculty of our engineering college was very talented. They were the real heroes of our college. All are extremely qualified with seniors having more than 15+ years of experience. There was one to one teaching experienced on special request apart from the usual classroom lectures. The laboratory was very good and well-equipped with all the modern instruments required to get the practical exposures. We got industry exposure through several industrial visits planned during our course tenure.

In this college, you will feel like a real engineer.
Placements: In my college, the placement is low. Every year, 10-12 students are placed in campus selection. Usually, mechanical, civil, and computer students get jobs. L&T, GVK-GMRI come and offer jobs. The salary offered is approx. 2.5 to 3 lakhs per annum.
Infrastructure: The college has 100 Mbps plan for Wi-Fi. The labs are in the working condition, so students can perform their practicals. The classrooms are clean and there are good benches for the students. Cameras are also there in every class. Sports are very good in my college. We won every year in inter-zone for cricket. There's a big ground for sports.
Faculty: All faculty members are very educated, knowledgeable, kind and helpful to the students. All have qualified GPSC for professor. They have industry experience. They take lectures regularly.

Other: The college has a very good infrastructure. The classrooms are nice and clean. There are six branches of engineering. A good number of staff members are available for mechanical and computer science branches. However, for EC and civil branches, the staff is lesser. For placements, rarely two or three companies come every year. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled.
