The Placements are not good, but professors and infrastructure is good..

Placements: This programme prepares students for future research opportunities. Out of a batch of 20 students around 3 to 4 students typically secure placements in various cities such as Chennai, Bhubaneswar, Bangalore, and others. The highest salary package offered was around 10 LPA while the average falls between 2 to 3 LPA. Students also had the option to take up internship during the course.

Infrastructure: The campus had good infrastructure with facilities like Wi-Fi connectivity. Classrooms were well maintained and the library offers a wide range of books for study and borrowing. Hostel facilities were provided for students whose homes were more than 93km away, along with all necessary amenities.

Faculty: The faculty members were supportive and guided students in academics, career building, co curricular activities, and events like poster presentations. The semester examinations were not very difficult, with consistent study, passing was achievable, with the marks set at 40%. The teachers ensure that students were well prepared, whether they choose to enter the industry or pursue research.

Placements: Best Aquinas College placements in 2024 for M.Sc. The biotechnology course costs 36 LPA. The typical supply was 16 LPA. Leading recruitment firms include Biocon, Cipla, and Wockhardt, among others. Prominent positions available are biotechnologist, biomedical engineer, etc. Numerous students secured internships.

Infrastructure: In the initial year, three students shared a room. Every room includes numerous tube lights and fans, along with study desks and beds for every student. For the first time in college history, first-year students have access to high-quality LAN internet. Nutritious food is also permissible. The host is consistently friendly and supportive.

Faculty: Faculty members were successful in their work. All faculty members were very qualified, helpful, and supportive. They always clear our doubts. The curriculum was appropriate. Two semesters' examinations were conducted in this college. The semester tests were tough. If we studied well, we would get good grades. The pass rate is about 50%.

Placements: During my M.Sc. program at the College of Biotechnology, approximately 81%-90% of students got placed in their final year of study. The highest package is around 21 LPA to 25 LPA, and the lowest is 3.5 LPA to 7 LPA, with an average package size of around 11.5 LPA. The top performers were Biocon, Cipla, and Syngene. Approximately 87% of the students have secured internships in private sector companies, such as Biocon and the Serum Institute. The main roles assigned are research assistant, qualitative researcher, and biological scientist.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are good. Wi-Fi facilities are available. Classrooms and a digital library are available. The food served in our canteen is hygienic. The canteen is good, and the quality of the food is good. Medical services are available.

Faculty: The teachers are very supportive and always available to clarify any doubts or queries. They are highly qualified, and many are recognized as talented in their fields. The campus truly prepares students to be the Next generation of researchers and scientists. Semester exams may be a little tougher.
