An honest review: Aradhana School of Business Management is worthy.
Placements: The percentage of students who got placed is around 70%. The highest package is 12 LPA. The lowest is Rs. 50,000. There are no specific recruiting companies. It depends on the availability of jobs in companies. The percentage of students who got internships in the HR course is 70%. They got internships at different companies. The top role offered is human resources.
Infrastructure: There is availability of computer labs with almost 30 to 40 systems. There is no library facility. The college has large classrooms. There is no hostel facility or canteen. Sports are played once a month or twice. Indoor games and outdoor games are conducted rarely.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They are qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is the best. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready by covering all the aspects required for placements and jobs. Semester exams are a bit easy. The pass percentage is 60%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in working in HR in the company. Things that need to be improved are the removal of multiple internal exams. Not many events are celebrated. The campus crowd is normal. The campus surroundings are peaceful. Scholarships are offered on the basis of caste. There are no extracurricular activities.

I personally like the management; they are with the students all the time.
Placements: Basically, our college does not provide any placements. They just teach and complete the syllabus. Actually, the students must try on their own in order to get a job; there will be no involvement of the management in the job placements. The pass percentage in my batch was 90%. Each of my friends and I have completed our MBA in regular and are very thankful to the management. Now, as ASBM students, we are placed in different positions in different companies, thanks to the management once again.
Infrastructure: Our college has excellent infrastructure, including a computer lab with around 50 computers and good toilets for the students to use. The atmosphere at the college is awesome, with lots of greenery and plants that give off good vibes. I mostly like the area in which the college is located.
Faculty: Actually, the teachers are good and have the best subject knowledge, which they share among the students. They are highly skilled and professionals in their job and field; they conduct exams during the classes and clarify the doubts of the students. There will be punctuality in the college; if any staff is absent, there will be alternate staff to take care of students.
Other: Our college is very easily located. I thought that the management should concentrate somewhat on infrastructure and extracurricular activities.

Really it is a good college with good faculty members.
Placements: You have to get at least a rank of 20,000 in the ICET to get admission in this college. It is also very good college for MBA in finance, HR and marketing. Cognizant, Optum and many other companies will visit here and hire students. This college provides a very good opportunity compared to other colleges.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure will be good, and the Wi-Fi facility is available all the time. Labs are very good compared to other colleges, and the classrooms are also huge. But there is no library, but we can study in other empty classrooms. Students also have fun activities in our college.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful in all aspects and teach in a very good method. So, students are able to understand all doubts, and their lecturers are very helpful for our future to get placed in MNCs with the great designation. Teachers also provide much knowledge compared to other college staff members.
Other: I have chosen an MBA in finance.

Environment is good and infrastructure is also good.
Placements: The total number of students studying in each batch is around 120 students. In Master of Business Administration, they provide Human Resources, Marketing, and Finance courses. In the second year, we need to select the course. The college provides few company details, and we need to go by ourselves and attend the interviews.
Infrastructure: The environment is too good. I like the environment. The infrastructure is also good. There is no hostel, canteen, or mess facilities, but all the shops are available nearby the college. The lab is also available. No sports, no games, only study. Hostel is not available.
Faculty: The quality of teaching is average, and I didn’t like it very much. A few will teach well, and few will teach, but we can’t understand. The semester exams are conducted as per the schedule given by OU. The maximum students will pass every year, only a few will not.
Other: No events, fests, or extracurricular activities.

Candidate must have passed Bachelor Degree (BA / B.Com/ B.Sc/ BBA / BBM / BCA / BE / B. Tech / B. Pharmacy / Any 3 or 4 year Degree except Oriental Languages). Examinations of minimum three years duration with the mentioned marks (45 % marks in BC categorie ) in aggregate from a recognized Institute/ University. The qualifying degree obtained by the Distance Mode Program/ Open Distance Learning (ODL) should have recognition by the Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB as per UGC Regulations. Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis.
