I have got 35k rank in JEE Mains. What JEE Mains score is required to take admission in AIT, Pune?

With 35k rank, you will surely get admission with branch of your choice. Usual last rank cutoff is around AIR 1.2 lakhs.

Cutoff is not the criteria. It depends on All India Rank, if it is better than INR. 1.2 lakhs, you do stand a good chance.

It depends on your marks in JEE, as admission are purely based on marks in JEE, if your score is above 100 you have a good chance to get in.
