HPCL is a Maharatna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) and a Forbes 2000 company. The mode of the application form is online only. Before filling out the HPCL GATE application form, candidates must check their branch and eligibilty. The steps to fill are as follows-

HPCL Recruitment through GATE 2026: Salary Breakdown and Perks
Along with basic pay, candidates will be offered 50% allowance of the basic pay under Cafeteria Approach. Also, medical benefits for self and family members are offered. In addition, candidates will also get dearness allowance, followed by HRA and retirement benefit upto 30% of the basic pay that include contributory provident fund, gratuity, and superannuation as per the policy.
