HYDERABAD, INDIA, 2026, ICFAI Business School (IBS) annual selection process was in Feb, at the IBS Hyderabad campus. It served as the entry point for students who want to join any of the 9 IBS campuses across India.

The IBS selection process is uniquely designed to be professional and encouraging, featuring a Micro Presentation and a Personal Interview that allow candidates to demonstrate their communication skills and leadership potential. In addition to these evaluations, the campus hosted an interactive session where parents and candidates had the opportunity to attend seminars led by recruiters, alumni, and campus heads, while banking partners remained available on-site to assist with any education loan queries. A key highlight this year was the special IBS Case Research Centre (CRC) kiosk, where representatives showcased the distinct advantages of the centre, which currently holds a prestigious 3rd-place global rank in the Case Impact index for 2025, following only Harvard and INSEAD.

. Successful candidates joined a network of over 75,000 alumni, 40% of whom hold senior leadership roles and 10% of whom hold international roles. By leveraging industry-ready tools like SAP and Bloomberg during their 14-week internships, students are prepared to excel in the competitive global marketplace.

A collection of testimonials from last year's selection process can be viewed on the official website, and a few are down below:

  • "The experience was seamless and rewarding. If you’re looking for career growth and a shift in trajectory, IBS is the place to be. - Nikhil
  • With 2.5 years of solid experience at Bank of America, Nikhil knew he was ready for the next level. He watched his peers transition into roles at IDBI and Bandhan Bank after their time at IBS, and he decided it was his turn to lead.
  • "Because of the personalised guidance from the IBS team, the Micro Presentation and Personal Interview felt smooth, straightforward, and completely stress-free. - Aditi, a graduate from National PG College, Lucknow, applied to IBS through her NMAT score.

Eligible candidates with valid CAT, XAT, NMAT by GMAC™, or GMAT™ scores can apply at the official website.

No, students cannot get admission in IBS Jaipur without an entrance test. Candidates either take IBSAT or provide valid CAT, GMAT, or NMAT scores. Even with these scores, they have to appear for the Micro Presentation and Personal Interview for selection.
