ICFAI Business School (IBS)is offering scholarships worth INR 10 Crores to eligible students. The IBS scholarships are aimed to reward academic excellence and provide financial assistance to deserving candidates, encouraging diversity and inclusivity within the student community at IBS.
- These scholarships are open to candidates applying for the MBA/PGPM 2027-29 programme.
- To avail the scholarship, they will have to appear for the IBSAT test in December 2026.

Commonly asked questions
If students are found not obeying rules of examination or trying to practice unfair means, they will be disqualified from the examination. The system will find any kind of unusual movements and will notify the online proctor for:
- Focus changed to a different window
- Browser not supported
- Webcam is disabled
- Face is not visible in the camera
- Several faces in front of the camera
- Face does not match the profile
- Microphone muted or its volume is low
- Conversation or noise in the background
- Screen activities are not shared
- Second display is used
- Full-screen mode is disabled
IBS conducts IBSAT exam in remote proctired mode. In this mode of examination, exam can be taken from preferrable place. Students must make sure to fulfil the exam day guidelines to appear for online test.
Incase candidates are unable to book IBSAT exam slot, they must check the internet connection and login again and try booking the IBSAT 2026 exam slot again. Or student immediately contact at IBS office helpline number- +91–040–2344 0963/62/61/60 on working days.
IBSAT 2026 selection rounds will be conducted from second week of February 2027 at IBS Hyderabad. Candidates will be shortlisted for the IBSAT selection rounds based on their IBSAT, CAT, XAT, GMAT scores.
IBSAT selection rounds will consist of two rounds- micro presentation and personal interview rounds. The final selection will be based on candidate's performance in past academics and selection rounds. Candidates must ensure to report at alloted exam centre on given date and time.

IBSAT 2026 slot booking window is open. Only registered candidates can book exam slot following below steps:
- Visit official website of IBS and login
- Click on tab ‘Schedule IBSAT’
- Click on tab ‘Book a seat’
- Enter the following details:
- Test name
- City
- Date
- Test centre name
- Test centre address
- Select suitable exam timing
- Candidates will be given 1 minute to confirm
- Screen will now display candidate and examination details.
- Download IBSAT admit card.
IBSAT is conducted once in a year. IBS usually conducts IBSAT in last week of December annually. The registrations for IBSAT commence in first week of July and ends in third week of December. Registered candidates get the opprtunity to book the exam slot and time to appear for the IBSAT exam. IBS conducts the IBSAT exam in remote proctored mode every year.
ICFAI Business School (IBS) conducts IBSAT exam in English language only. IBSAT exam is not conducted in regional languages. Candidates have to appear for the online test in English language only.
