Introduction: A Grand Welcome to the Leaders of Tomorrow
The energy was palpable, the ambitions high, and the focus sharp. Orientation 2026 officially marked the beginning of a transformative two-year journey at Jaipuria Institute of Management, as we proudly welcomed the PGDM Batch of 2026–28 across our four premier campuses in Lucknow, Noida (Delhi NCR), Jaipur, and Indore.
More than 1, 200 aspiring management professionals stepped through our doors, representing a brilliant mosaic of cultures, geographies, and academic disciplines. Far from just a formal handshake, Orientation 2026 served as a launchpad, immersing students into Jaipuria’s rigorous academic culture, breaking the ice with future peers, and laying the groundwork for an experiential management education.
A Mini–India on Campus: Diversity That Drives Excellence
True business leadership thrives on diverse perspectives. This year, the incoming cohort embodies a mini-India, bringing together unique viewpoints that will enrich classroom discussions and case-study analyses.
The Batch at a Glance
- A Balanced Cohort: With 609 women and 625 men, the batch boasts an exceptional gender balance, fostering an inclusive and progressive learning ecosystem.
- Pan-India Representation: Students have converged from 24 states and union territories.
- Geographic Footprint: While the largest student blocks hail from Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh, the classrooms are further vitalised by talent from Delhi, West Bengal, Haryana, Bihar, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Jharkhand, alongside vibrant representation from the Northeast, Jammu & Kashmir, South India, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh.
- Why this matters: In today’s globalised economy, understanding diverse consumer mindsets is critical. By collaborating with peers from different regions daily, Jaipuria students naturally develop the cultural intelligence required to navigate complex market landscapes.
The Multidisciplinary Edge: Engineering to Arts under One Roof
Corporate challenges are rarely one-dimensional, and neither is the PGDM Batch of 2026–28. This year's incoming students come armed with a wide variety of undergraduate degrees, breaking the traditional mould of management cohorts.
| Academic Background |

By blending these distinct intellectual wavelengths into a single ecosystem, the classroom mirrors modern corporate boards, where cross-functional collaboration is the key to unlocking innovation.
From Orientation to Transformation
Orientation is only the beginning of a much larger journey.
Over the next two years, students will progress through rigorous academics, experiential learning, corporate engagement, internships, and leadership opportunities designed to prepare them for dynamic business environments.
Every stage of the programme contributes to developing the knowledge, skills, and mindset expected of future managers. By combining academic learning with practical exposure, students graduate prepared to contribute confidently from the very beginning of their professional careers.
A Strong Start to a Promising Future
Every management career begins with a decision to learn, grow, and embrace new opportunities. For the PGDM Batch of 2026–28, that journey begins at Jaipuria Institute of Management.
Over the next two years, students will build knowledge, strengthen professional skills, gain industry exposure, and develop the confidence to navigate an evolving business landscape.
As Jaipuria welcomes its newest batch, it also welcomes a new generation of future managers ready to learn, lead, and create meaningful impact in the organisations and communities they will serve.
