Master of Computer Applications (MCA) - Batch of 2025
3.6

College environment is good, but teaching and placements are not good, and it is not value for money
Placements: In my Master of Computer Applications course, 1% only placed, the highest package is 5 LPA, and the lowest package is 1.5 LPA. The top recruiter companies are Tech Mahindra, Sutherland, TCS, and Cognizant. 30% got internship in my course, the top roles are Software developer, web developer.
Infrastructure: In my college, wi-fi, labs, classrooms, library, playground, benches, environment, etc. All facilities are good, and when it comes to hostel, it's very bad, no proper cleaning, rooms are dirty, no proper ventilation, canteen food is also not so good. We have to adjust to this, only college facilities are good.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, but they don't have proper knowledge to teach the subjects. We come under JNTUH. The course is good, but teaching is not up to the mark. Semester exams are more difficult in this college, we have to study on our own, and the pass percentage is 45% only.
Other: I chose this MCA course to become a Software developer. In our college, extracurricular activities are conducted well, like traditional day, freshers party, farewell day, and technical exhibition. The college environment is very good, it's located far from the city, and the college is covered with trees, fresh air, and a good playground.

B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering - Batch of 2027
3.6

Best for middle class family.
Placements: I am from EEE branch, so there is no full placement in the final year. But few of the students are placed in companies like premier industries, electronics, and electrical companies. When it comes to CSE students, they have better placements, and they are placed in companies like TCS, Google, and IBM. But they are not fully placed.
Infrastructure: Our department has a separate block and mechanical is also in our block. Coming to Wi-Fi, it is just for the name. Coming to labs, it is average because of their maintenance. Classrooms are good (green board), library is far better than all these case, there are a lot of magazines, competitive books, e-library, our department books, etc. Coming to canteen or mess, it is also average. We have sports (indoor and outdoor) in afternoon session on any day of the week.
Faculty: There is no problem with some faculty members because they will regularly come to class according to their timetable. There will be sliptests, assessments, and seminars provided for students. They take care of us if you ask them doubts, mainly they are M.Tech qualified.
Other: Best thing about this college is that there is no ragging or fighting inside the college, which is strictly prohibited. I chose this branch because I have diploma in this same branch. There are so many fests and events in our college. They will encourage you if you are interested in extra events. There is better relationship between seniors and juniors.

You can join and it is good.
Placements: The highest package offered in the CSE branch ranges from 5 LPA - 7 LPA. The lowest package ranges between 1 LPA - 2 LPA. Almost 70% of the members have been placed. The placement offers depend upon the skills you have been developing since your first year. I suggest right from the 1st year and try making your resume.
Infrastructure: The quality of food is good. Hostel facility is also not that bad but you might not feel that much comfortable. Canteen facility is also good. They provide enough security and privacy. There is a college Wi-Fi also. A single room is given to 6 members. Washrooms are common for all.
Faculty: Teachers and the staff are helpful. They provide enough information. They check the attendance of the students regularly. Teaching quality is above average. Semester exams are difficult. But we will definitely pass if we follow the notes given by the faculty members. They do make strict rules and schedules for the academics.
Other: I have chosen computer science and engineering. As we know it is the bomb from the last 10 years. We will have so much to learn and explore in this course. I chose this course to learn new skills and create something that is useful for everyone. Campus crowd is good enough. Campus surroundings are also better to chill out with friends or to spend quality time for yourself. We have many kinds of books in the library.

The college is helpful in our career to develop skills and knowledge.
Placements: About 80% of the final-year students got placed in 2024. The highest package is 7 LPA and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Many reputed companies visited the campus, offering a wide range of roles across various domains, especially in core fields and IT sectors. The placement team is always supportive and ensures that students are well-prepared for the recruitment process.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not developed as expected. Labs are very nice. Each floor has a lab with 120 computers and a good networking signal. Each student is allocated one computer and faculty members will explain clearly.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-experienced and friendly. When we study well it will be easy to pass and score good marks in semester exams. The college provides CRT and aptitude classes to enhance the performance to get placed at top companies.
Other: The college provides a beautiful environment to study and develop skills.

I had a pretty satisfied experience at Avanthi Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: I don't know about the placement system, to be honest. I don't carry a hope that I will only be placed by the college. I am trying my best to do projects, web design, and being active on Linkedin to get new internships and job opportunities. Although the placement system in my college is not great.
Infrastructure: I don't think that there is any hostel facility provided by the college directly. We have to live in private PGs in the nearby area. Although the campus infrastructure is pretty much above average. I honestly didn't expect much from this college when I joined it, but it turned out to be pretty good.
Faculty: The faculty members are great. They may act very strict at times, but they are really friendly and are willing to help students who come to them seeking advice or any sort of help. The exams are pretty easy, you just have to have a grip on the topic and subject, and be dedicated for a few weeks before the final exams, and you'll be safe without any backlogs.
Other: The crowd is just what you expect from any tier-3 engineering college. The campus is okay, and I can't complain about anything. It's fun with friends around me.

A very good and very bad college.
Placements: There are very nice placements in big MNCs and local companies. The highest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Google, LL.B, Ecil, etc. These are the top companies in Hyderabad which lead the city.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is bad. It looks like a school. Our labs are not properly equipped. There are no supported facts. Wi-Fi is not provided for students. The library is small and not well-equipped with books. Hostels are not good.
Faculty: Faculty members are very bad compared to other colleges because. Our college guides teachers on how to teach students. They have very bad teaching skills compared to other colleges. Our semesters are divided into 3 mid exams, 2 mid exams, etc.
Other: It has good weather and atmosphere.
