Infrastructure is good. It has 24x7 Wi-Fi, a hostel, and teachers with good behaviour.
Placements: Based on typical placement data for technical courses, approximately 70 percent of students get placed. The highest package offered is 7 LPA. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and HCL hire students. Roles such as software developer, data analyst, and trainee engineer are offered here.
Infrastructure: The campus offers excellent infrastructure. It has well-ventilated and smart classrooms. There are advanced labs equipped for hands-on and industry-standard training. A central library holds a vast collection of books. 24x7 Wi-Fi is available across the campus. The hostel is secure and clean.
Faculty: Teachers are generally qualified with an M.Tech degree, but helpfulness varies. They often require students to be proactive, as effective teaching blends knowledge with engagement. Some faculty members are research-oriented. The teaching quality can be consistent in private colleges.
Other: I chose this course for a good career and to earn more money.

There are no good placements. Faculty is not good. The infrastructure is good.
Placements: Approximately 5% of students get placed in the sales department. Every placed student does not have much knowledge. My friend is also placed but the condition of my friend is very poor. Core branch students do not get placed in a core-type company, which is too bad. Even the training placement cell is not interested in inviting any company.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good because this is a new college. The academic building is also good. Every class is also too much good. The best thing about college is labs and every type of lab is available in my college. Hostels are also in very proper condition with beds, Wi-Fi, clean bathrooms, and proper mess with good food.
Faculty: Not many experienced teachers are there in my college. Maximum teacher's experience is less because it hires new. Some teachers are good but not too much helpful. Mid-semester exams are very tight and papers are easy. Exams conducted are very tough. Very few curriculum activities happen in my college.
Other: The semester fee is very low. My main motive for choosing this college is it charges less amount to complete B.Tech.

Overall, I am very satisfied because at this fee, you can't get anything better elsewhere.
Placements: Around 40 to 50% of students got placed in my branch. The highest package is 6 LPA and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are MRF Tyres, Udemy, etc. Students have to find internships off-campus in any renowned company. In my course, all roles of a civil engineer, like site engineer, town planning, and surveying, are offered.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good. It's one of the best infrastructure colleges in Bihar. Classes are very big, having smart boards and CCTVs everywhere. Hostel rooms provide a good study environment with Wi-Fi facilities. Labs are well-maintained with all necessary equipment. The quality of food is overall good in our mess and canteen. There's a playground on campus where we can play lots of sports like badminton, football, volleyball, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are well experienced and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is awesome. The civil engineering course primarily focuses on making students industry-ready. Semester exams are of a moderate level. If someone studies honestly, it is very easy to pass the semester exam. Around 90% of students pass in each semester.
Other: My course is Civil Engineering with Computer Application. I had an interest in Civil Engineering, and as today's technologies are emerging, I have chosen Cewca. Fests are organized, but a very small number of fests, approximately one or two in a year. This college campus lies in Madhepura, near the medical college. The city is well developed, and everything is available nearby.

Dissatisfied with the infrastructure and placements.
Placements: The highest placement package at BP Mandal College of Engineering, Madhepura, is reported as 20 LPA. Some reviews mention a slightly lower the highest package of 12 LPA. However, other sources suggest the highest package is 8 LPA. The placement rate is around 35 percent.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility does not work and labs are relatively good. The library might be filled with books. Pros, adequate resources, clean classrooms, functional labs. Cons, limited use of smart classroom technology, and some labs may need modernization. Overall, I rate it 3.8 out of 5.
Faculty: Most faculty members are well-qualified, with many holding M.Tech or higher degrees. Some are pursuing or have completed PhDs. Pros, good subject knowledge, academically strong. Cons, limited industry exposure among some faculty members. The overall rating is 3.7 out of 5.

Review of B. P. Mandal College of Engineering.
Placements: Very few students are placed here. The highest package offered in VSE is 7 LPA and the lowest is 1 LPA. Around 3 to 4 students in CSE are placed of 7 LPA. In other branches are very low. In my branch, Civil there is very low placement. My college has collaborated with Salesforce, so you can get into the sales team by placements from here.
Infrastructure: Classrooms here are average, with a few having Smartboards. But the college also has seminar halls and a nice auditorium. The lab facility here are good compared to other Bihar engineering colleges. Labs have proper equipment with good lab assistants. The college has Wi-Fi, but 5GB per day is limited. The library is small and has only course books. The hostel is good, with good furniture, but the mess food is not good. The campus also has a volleyball court and a badminton court.
Faculty: Other professors here are well-qualified, with a minimum degree of M.Tech from reputed NITs or IITs. Some professors also have Ph.D. degrees. They are well-qualified and use proper teaching techniques. The course is somewhat relevant, but some subjects are irrelevant. The semester exams are somewhat on the hard side, with a lot of people having a year backlogs.
Other: I have a low JEE Main score and didn't get into any IITs or NITs. This is a state government college, and it is also near my hometown, so I opted for this college. The fees here are low and affordable, and it provides a decent education. Very few events are organized here, such as Saraswati Puja and pre-Diwali celebrations. The college also organizes sports events at the district level.

Tier-3: College diaries.
Placements: Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. The training and placement cell assists in skill development and resume preparations, but on-campus opportunities are very bad and need a huge development. There are very few companies visiting the campus for direct recruitment. Some students secure jobs through off-campus placements. The highest package ranges between 5-7 LPA. The average package ranges between 3-4 LPA. The official placements are between 25-30%. As many students prefer to prepare for Gate, UPSC, and other plans after graduation, many students opt for higher studies like M.Tech, MBA etc. Overall, the placement rating is 4/10.
Infrastructure: The hostel offers shared rooms. Typically 2-3 students are permitted to accommodate a room with basic furniture. Wi-Fi is available but the speed might not be consistent. Common washrooms are available. The food and mess quality is average and the variety is limited. But some students prefer eating at local food stalls. The hostel registration process is straightforward during the admission. After one year, students are unable to exercise in the hostel facility. Overall, the hostel can be rated as 6 out of 10.
Faculty: The faculty-to-student ratio is moderate for some subjects while in some subjects there is a lack of faculty members. Most professors can give individual attention to each student. Due to limited faculty, sometimes, it affects the quality of education. Professors are generally approachable. Some faculty members stand out due to their teaching style and subject knowledge. The professors of mathematics and PFPS are well-experienced. Some faculty members are excellent. A few rely on traditional teaching methods, which may not engage students.
Other: The course curriculum follows AKU (Aryabhatta Knowledge University) guidelines, covering core engineering concepts and foundation subjects. Some teachers provide traditional concepts which are outdated and not very helpful in the real world, while some teachers teach modern concepts which are based on the teaching for the real world. There are more industry-relevent projects internships and projects based on learning better teaching methods. We have two-semester exams per year which are sometimes extended up to 1 and a half years which is very bad for academics. The difficulty level is moderate. The marking scheme is not so fair as we can't predict our scores.
