BITS Law School has a dedicated Industry Interface and Career Advancement department. It is also known as IICA. The IICA team connects law students with recruiters for internship and placements. Law students of BITS find get internship offer from different sectors including law firms, NGOs, think tanks, research institutions, corporates, management consulting firms, audit & accounting firms, etc.

The School has released the Winter Internship Report 2025. According to the report, 70 students from the class of 2028 received internships from 45 companies. Most number of students were placed in Law firms.
Further, from the 2029 Class, BITS Law School students secured 100 internships from 26 companies. Most number of students got internships in NGOs.
Earlier, as per Internship Report 2024, the founding class of 120 students received 100% internships in 2023-24.

Both the AP LAWCET and CLAT entrance exam are conducted for admission to the Law schools in India, however, the syllabus for these exams are different on many parameters and candidates should strategise differently for both the exams. AP LAWCET exam has sections including Current Affairs, Legal Aptitude, Contract Law, Constitution, etc. and the CLAT entrance exam sections include English Language, Legal Aptitude, Mathematics, etc. AP LAWCET does not have mathematics subjects, AP LAWCET exam focus more on regional knowledge. CLAT generally covers the deeper aspects of the particular subject.
BITS Law School offer entrance-based admission into UG courses. The college offers admisison based on entrance exam scores such as: BITS Law Admissions Test/CLAT/SLAT/LNAT/AILET/MH CET entrance exam.
Candidates wishing to take admission in BA LLB at BITS Law School should have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with an aggregate score of at least 45%. They have to apply on the official website of college.
