BITS Goa offers four Integrated First Degree courses across the streams of Science, Technology, Pharmacy, Management, and Humanities. These courses include BE, BPharm, MSc. Apart from these, BITS Pilani also offers two higher degree courses, including ME, and MPharm.The duration of all these courses is two years. The Deemed University conducts the BITS Higher Degree Online Test (BITS HD Online Test) usually in the month of August for admission to ME and MPharm courses or accepts admission via GATE/ GPAT scores.
For BITS Goa course admissions, candidates need to clear the entrance exam. Also, candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission. Moreover, candidates need to submit separate application forms for Integrated First Degree Programmes, Higher Degree Programmes, and Doctoral Programmes. The entrance exams accepted by the institute are mentioned in the below table:
The BITS GOA BITSAT Cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the BE courses. The cutoff ranged from 189 score according to the first round closing score to 274 in the last round closing score. Candidates aiming for admission must attain a score between these two qualifying cutoff scores. For the General AI category, the most sought-after and the hardest specialisation to get admission to was B.E. in Computer Science, with 274 score in the first and last round.

According to media reports, the average and median package offered during BITS Pilani placements in 2024 stood at INR 20.36 LPA and INR 17 LPA, respectively. Further, out of the total 3,202 registered students, 2592 students were placed in reputed companies during BITS Pilani placements 2024. The institute recorded an 81% placement rate in the academic year 2023-2024. The top recruiters of BITS Pilani Goa placements in 2024 included Qualcomm, Texas Instruments, Intel, Micron, Nvidia, AMD, and MediaTek, Dover, Wabtec, Ramboll, Reliance Industries, Bajaj Auto, etc.
Earlier, the highest package and average package offered during BITS Pilani Goa placements 2023 stood at INR 60.80 LPA and INR 20.90 LPA, respectively. Further, a total of 280 companies visited the campus during BITS Goa placements 2023 and offered 90% of placements to the batch 2023.
