The college provides excellent education and amazing quality education.

Placements: Almost 90% of the students get placed on average every year. The highest salary package offered goes around 1.28 crore per annum, and the lowest salary package offered is around 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Apple, Microsoft and Amazon. Almost 95% of the students got internship opportunities here.

Overall, it is the best college.

Placements: The placements were quite a good thing here, and about 79% of students were given jobs in campus placements. I also got a placement. The highest academic percentage secured was 97.9%, which was scored by a male. Recruiting companies were mainly from petroleum. The best thing was students of our batch got average marks.

Infrastructure: The hostel facilities were the best here. There was a good and nice environment, and about 2 students stayed in one room. Sports and games were also very good there, and there we...

Review of IIT Bombay - Indian Institute of Technology.

Placements: Placement opportunities in our college are such that you will get the chance to be placed over the IIITB campus only for the further studies but with the valid competitive exam to be cleared as GATE. However, the position of RA is found there to be offered by the department.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is well-developed with the availability of the central library facility for 24x7 for students. The connectivity to the IIIT wireless through the campus made the study search easy, and it is a...

Our college provides good infrastructure and facilities. Placements here are bad for M.Sc. students.

Placements: Only 7% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 17 LPA. A top recruiting company of our course is Cairn India Limited. Everyone student from our course got an internship, as it is compulsory for students. So the college sent us to different industries based on our CPI. Computer Science is an elective course, which gives us good knowledge about programming.

Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, air-conditioned classrooms, library and modern machines like EPMA, XRF and XRD. The college provides hostel facility. Good facilities, like a single room, common room, gym and games rooms, are available in the hostel. Quality of food served is not that much good as compared to other hostels. Canteens are available, but its number has been reduced since the previous year. Medical facilities are very good, and it is available for 24 hours. Sports a...

It is really a good college because of faculty members and placements.

Placements: Every year about 100 students join in this course through JAM exam, which is very hard. After completion of the course, most of the students join here to pursue a PhD. You can get a minimum of Rs. 35,000 as scholarship. Many companies like Google, ITC, etc., visit here and recruit some students every year.

Infrastructure: Our college has a very good hostel, and sometimes the speed of the Wi-Fi facility is 8 MB per second. But usage of Facebook is restricted here, and you should use a VPN if you really need it. A...

It has beaches, it is a Bollywood hub, and it has great places to visit. Mumbai is the Financial Capital of India and draws more employers than any other IIT. IIT Delhi comes a close next but IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur and IIT Kharagpur are far below in the scale of location value. Living in a metro has its perks like better connectivity and better hostels. IIT Mumbai menu card has the greatest number of course options on it. The wide range of courses and their combinations are designed according to the current market demands and the potential demand in the near future. Hence, they prove to be greatly beneficial to students in terms of employment prospects. Over the past few years, IIT Mumbai has been able to attract best pay packages from multinational corporations across the world. Last year, the 5 the biggest salary packages offered to the IITians were offered to IIT-B students. In 2013, as many as 5 IIT Bombay students received a salary offer of about Rs 30 Lacs from MEC Japan, which was amongst the highest international offers made by the company. IIT Mumbai has made its curriculum quite flexible in the last few years much more relaxed or intensive than other IITs as per students choice. While the regular curriculum allows a lot of free time to students, there is a Minors and Honours System to allow students to choose as many courses they would like to pursue per semester.

The college offers state of art Faculty plus best Infrastructure to maintain quality education. With IIT madras, the internships provided here are decent for this specialisation specifically and The Placements for CSE is good enough, although campus Infrastructure is okayish and Average number of offers are lesser, hence, does not have edge over IIT Bombay.

To get admission into an institute, candidates are required to pass a national-level entrance exam for most of the undergraduate courses. For its four-year undergraduate B.Tech course, it accepts the JEE exam. Since the competition is high for this prestigious institute, you need to score very high in both 12th grade and JEE (advanced). After qualifying for the 12th standard with a score of more than 90%, you need to appear for JEE. Aspirants seeking admission to B.Tech must qualify for JEE Main and JEE Advanced, followed by JOSAA counseling. To get into IIT Bombay, you must have a rank of less than 3000, as the cutoff for almost every branch of B.Tech will be high. For instance, in 2021's last round of counseling, it was 1241 for mechanical engineering; similarly, for civil engineering, it was 3304.
