They oversee a team of registered nurses and care assistants to ensure that they work in accordance with standards set for best practice care by the hospital. 

After completing a Nursing degree, it is possible to pursue a career as a doctor. However, the path to becoming a doctor can be challenging and requires additional education and training.

In order to become a doctor, one must first complete a bachelor's degree, which typically takes four years.
