Cultural events are offen held in Chitkara University.All the events are entertaining and fun.A freahers party is must for every year. Besides that diffrent kind of events are held during special days like in Independence Day. The Cultural Night event is one of the offenly held events. Events are mostly organised by two clubs namely EPIC club and C2S2.

Last year, a cultural night was organised by EPIC club and C2S2 for orienting the students that included various hypnotic performances and amusing activities. All the hostellers were divided into 4 houses: Knights, Spartans, Vikings, and Legions who then competed in 2 competitions- Junoon and Civil War.

Yes, the college accepts entrance exams for admission to B.E. courses. Admission is entrance-based at this college. The college accepts scores of JEE Main. To gain admission to the college, candidates must apply to JEE Mains and achieve a competitive aggregate. Further, applicants need to visit the college and fill out the admission form.

You all know about the tests of food of a university is. But for Chitakara, it's not at all good. All the cooking staff work hard for serving hygenic food. You will get pure veg food every day. For non veg you can prefer canteens such as Chai Nagri, Paratha Corner, Square 1. There is a wide variety of food options available and the dining area is fully air conditioned, neat, and clean. Additional charge of INR 14,000 per Semester will be charged for those who choose to use the mess room. The accommodation is situated on the campus premises and has shared rooms for students.

College accommodation is provided both to boys and girls by the University of Chitkara, one of the most prominent universities. Generally, our engineering students are free for three to four hours a day, Saturday and Sunday, but it varies from person to person, some students are studying daily, truely speaking 80% of students are studying only at the time of the exam. If you're serious in your studies, then there is a minimum of 2 hours free time to be had for 4 or 5 hours. Chitkara Provides featurea for both type of students there is library for the studius student on the otherhand there is playgrounds and swiming pools etc. for others.And for the lectures you have to maintain a 75% of attendence.

Chitakara University is one of the biggest Private universities with over 10 courses. In total of all course's student there are over 20,000+ students and 2500 faculty members as per google. Truely speaking there are a lot of students pursuing their BTech degree from Chitkara University. I am not sure about the numbers but as for Engineering there are over 2,500 to 3000 students including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year student (probably).There are different sections and there are 40 to 50 students in one section.
