The Karnataka PGCET 2026 exam for admission to the MBA and MCA courses will be held on May 14, 2026. For the ME/MTech course, the exam is scheduled for May 23, 2026.
The KCET 2026 registration window for admission to the BE/BTech course has been revised. Students can now register till Feb 27, 2026. Also, the KCET exam 2026 will be held on Apr 23 and Apr 24, 2026.
The GATE 2026 exam for admission to ME/MTech courses has concluded. Results are scheduled for release on Mar 19, 2026.

Satisfied because of good placements in 2022 and teachers.

Placements: 70% of students from my course were placed. The highest average package offered was 12 LPA, and the top recruiting companies included Wipro, TCS, and IBM. The top role offered was software engineer. An additional 8 to 10% of students secured internships through the course.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for the course were quite impressive. Our department was not equipped with Wi-Fi. Classrooms were spacious and well ventilated. The infrastructure of the hostel was average. It was strict to have a warden. The campus had good sports and recreational facilities.

Faculty: Teachers in our department were very helpful, always ready to impart knowledge to students. The teaching quality was also good. They were ready to help students at any time. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant and will make the students industry-ready if they want extra information about industry relevance. Teachers used to help us with that as well. Semester difficulty differs from one subject to another.

College is not too bad for studies, it's okay. It is a growing institution in the upcoming days.

Placements: I am not sure about guarantee placements, but still, Placements are not bad in this college, where more than 30% skilled students are placed every year. The highest package in my branch was 5 LPA, and the lowest was 3.5LPA No MNC companies was existed until now but there are still regional companies like sinfosys, techasoft pvt Ltd., QNZ Software technologies, etc. The institution provides some Industrial training through NPTEL courses .

Infrastructure: Basically, our institution is located in a rural area, but still, there are no compromises in the basic facilities provided by the college; the projectors were arranged for required topics; the library is well maintained; a digital library is also available; and almost all academic syllabuses are available.

Faculty: The teachers are well-experienced and highly qualified graduates with degrees like M.Tech and others. Basically, this is one of the hardest courses in engineering, but it is also an evergreen branch in engineering. Semester exams depend on the university because they are unpredictable in terms of university activities.

Other: I was very interested in electrical and it is one of the fields that is evergreen in engineering It is very complicated to study rather than practical, we wish to conduct more industrial practice Fests like "Advaitha" and "Fair" celebrated once in academic year.

Review about CIT Gubbi college.

Placements: Pretty good placements are there in our college. There are very good placements for IT branches and good placements for core electronics and electrical branches in our college. But it has very bad placements in civil and mechanical branches. So students can join the top branches.

Infrastructure: There is even free Wi-Fi facilities in selected areas of our college. There is very good Wi-Fi facility in hostel. Students can get best hostel facilities in the college with cheaply about 60000 per month. Labs are also pretty good, but some have old equipments.

Faculty: Some teachers are not very helpful, but many teachers are very helpful and well knowledgeable. Students can expect good teaching level here, but sometimes students should put some efforts. The college is not much strict. But 75 percent of attendance is must.

Placements: About 70% students get placed in our college. The packages offered are between 3.5 LPA to 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, Infosys, capgemini, Mahindra, ibm and others. Top roles offered are data analyst, software developer, and web developer.

Infrastructure: Campus is small, and has a few buildings, but it is good and well organised. It does not provide Wi-Fi facilities for students. The college has hostel facility, and in hostel Wi-Fi facility is available.

Faculty: The teachers are friendly and supportive. Teachers are well qualified, in the subjects they take. Most of the subjects are not useful. The schemes and system of education is too old. It is quiet difficult to pass in the exams.

Placements: Almost 70% of students get placed every year in our college. The highest salary package offered ranges between 10 LPA - 15 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered ranges between 4 LPA - 6 LPA. Almost 80% of students got internships from our course in various companies Wipro, HCL, and 6D Technologies.

Infrastructure: Our college provides all facilities for students. Our college has labs and a library which are good enough to gain knowledge. Classrooms are well-maintained with gadgets.
