Yes, COER University Rorkee does offer BSc courses for the duration of three years and four years. Further, it is divided into six to eight semesters. The university offers three specialisations in the BTech course: Nursing, Agriculture, and dietetics. Moreover, candidates can get admission to the BSc Nursing Post Basic course. The eligibility requirement to get admission to BSc courses is candidates must complete their Class 12 from Science stream with a minimum aggregate of 45% to 55% (depending on the selected specialisation). 

COER Roorkee offers three courses

1. B.Tech
2. M.Tech
3. Polytechnic 

So the first-year fee for B.Tech is INR 1.68 Lacs.

For M.Tech it is INR 1.26 Lacs INR for the first year

For Polytechnic it is INR 76,000  for the first year.

Students who wish to apply for financial aid at COER University can do so by visiting the official scholarship portal at the university. As per the portal, students who wish to avail the fee waivers must first browse through the various scholarship options available. Then, they must review the eligibility criteria for each scholarship. At that, they can get in touch with an academic counsellor at the university.
