Our college has good faculty members and a good infrastructure.
Placements: Our college provides 100% placements. Students get placed in fertilizer companies, chemical companies, NGOs, government jobs, etc. Students are not much satisfied as there are no campus placements. Students have to seek a job off-campus, which is the most negative point. Anyhow, all students get placed.
Infrastructure: Our college has received an award for its fantastic and well-furnished infrastructure. Labs, classrooms, library, departments, a canteen, hostel, indoor stadium, outdoor stadium, and everything has a good infrastructure. The quality of food served in the hostel as well as the canteen is quite good. There is no Wi-Fi facility for students. A LAN facility is available in some hostels. LAN facility is available for all in canteen also.
Faculty: Our college has very helpful professors. All professors are very encouraging and motivating. Their teaching quality is good. Both the blackboard method and smart classes are used for teaching. Industry exposure is provided to the students. The course curriculum is very useful.

Well-Facilitated ASSAM AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY.
Placements: Well-equipped Placement Cell is there which allows different Companies for Interviews. APSC examination allows admission for Government jobs. Also entrepreneurship plays an important role, different motivators motivates students to start up their own business. Though a lot of government jobs are vacant, well placements are not given here which obstructs merit based job application. About 40% were placed after B.Sc. degree and near about 60 % got appointed after Masters.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is well developed here. All departments have well structured facilities. Smart classrooms are available in the academic complex building which allows well facilitated teaching. Though more development is required on practical classes, yet overall infrastructure is comparable better here. Sports and Games sector needs more improvement, a well trainer should be appointed in these sector. Hostel food needs improvement, government must have to look on it as well food brings well students, they have to pay themselves for their food monthly which can be helped a little by the government for improvement. Hostel should be looked after as nowadays number of hostelers are decreasing due to non adequate hostel facilities.
Faculty: Teachers appointed here are well qualified. Though there are some language related issue, yet the teachers do their best, teachers teaches by projection and teaching method. Student to faculty rate is better compared to other universities. The 3rd year's excursion helps for University and Industry visit.
Other: Culture is well preserved here. Extra Curricular activities are well accepted.

Student should not below 19 years of age as on 31.08.2025.
