Join this college to build a bright future.
Placements: I joined in 2019 batch. I secured 5000 rank in KCET and got admission in this university. Many private and seed companies hire students for the role of agriculture officer and AAO.
Infrastructure: Good hostel facility is provided with proper rooms and water facility. Separate hostels are there for girls and boys inside the campus. The distance from hostel to college is not much. The college has smart classrooms.
Faculty: Teaching faculty is excellent and knowledgeable. Every teacher is an expert in his/her subject. The course curriculum is relevant and internal exams are easy to pass. The pass percentage in external out of 50 marks is 25.
Other: I love this course as I enjoy spending time with plants. The course can be improved by providing more practical knowledge. College day, Krishi Mela programmes, etc. are organized. Vidhya Siri scholarship is provided to those who need it. For general category, Merit scholarship is given by the university.

You can join here if you like agriculture.
Placements: Around 5 or 6 students are placed in our course. The salary offered in our course is Rs. 25000 per month to 40000 per month. Top recruiters are banks, seed companies, fertiliser companies, pesticide companies, etc. No internships are provided at this college. The main role offered is sales officer. From here, promotion is in the hand of the applicant.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. They have moderate-sized classrooms with digital screens. Labs are provided with all the necessary equipment. We get good practical exposure here. There is no Wi-Fi facility on the campus. We have a digital library. The hostel is not good. We face a water supply problem. They charge a lot for the mess food. The mess food is not that good. We have a small dispensary on our campus, and an ambulance facility is also provided. Sport has a lot of scope in our college. Many of our seniors, juniors, and batchmates have represented our college at the national level.
Faculty: Teachers are not that cooperative, except for a few. The teaching quality is good. Teachers are knowledgeable and qualified. This course curriculum is relevant and makes us ready for both the government sector and the private sector, i.e., we become industry-ready. Semester exams are not that difficult if one studies properly. The pass percentage is more than 90%.
Other: I chose this course because I had no other options. The best thing about this course is the interaction with farmers. Most of the course is completed in the fields.

Well supportive faculty members.
Placements: 5% of students get placed per year. That depends on the year and companies offered. Recruiting companies are SEED companies and pesticide fertilizer companies. Each year minimum 5% get placed in famous SEED companies and all. Government jobs like agriculture officers, agricultural scientists, agriculturists, and SEED testing soil testing officers.
Infrastructure: High-speed internet connection in computer labs library. We have smart classrooms. Well-rated classrooms are there. Labs are provided with the required and good equipments. Hostels are also have good infrastructure and well-cleaned environment. Food is average but not that much bad. Both serve non-vegetarian as well as vegetarian food. Dispensary available on college campus and weekly visits to medical offices in hostels. In this college, sports and games have so much importance and the selected students can represent higher levels like university, south zone, and sports camps. All will be conducted by ICAR each year.
Faculty: They are helpful if needed. Somewhat good and well-qualified. Of course relevant they mostly focus only on practically oriented studies. In India, agriculture has so much importance so the students who pursue this degree play a significant role in Indian economy. Semester exams are somewhat tough but for most of the subjects, evaluation is liberal. Pass percentage is 50% (including internal marks plus external marks).
Other: I like to do farming and agriculture things. It's a professional course so some more easier to get jobs fast private as well as government. In this course, mostly practical works and all start from the second year but can be start from first year itself. In each year, so much events will be there including melas like (Krishi mela, KVK mela) youth fest, and sports events for the students to improve their extracurricular activities. College day, ethnic day, and scholarships include SSP for native students NTS for non-domicile students, for scholars extra scholarships are provided by the college.

Academics are good here, but placements and campus life are not up to the mark.
Placements: Less than 5% of students are placed. The average salary offered is Rs. 20000 per month to Rs. 25000 per month. Top recruiters are seed companies, fertiliser companies, etc. No internships are offered in this course or on campus. The top role offered is sales officer. The promotion is in the hand of the applicant.
Infrastructure: The campus is average. Hostels are good, but people from outside the state may find some difficulty in adjusting to the hostel food. The library facilities are good. It is the highlight of the campus. It has two floors with study rooms on each. Wi-Fi is not available for students. Computers with internet access are available. Classrooms are in moderate condition. Lab facilities are also available. Sports have more scope here. We have facilities for football, athletics, volleyball, and basketball. Indoor games have great scope here.
Faculty: Some teachers are good, and they support students in all possible ways. They provide theory as well as practical knowledge. Some teachers lack practical knowledge and make the students stick to only academic knowledge. Students can get the proper education.
