CAS Vadakkencherry totally disappointed me.
Placements: In my academic year, due to COVID 19, placement was very low. Most of the students were not placed anywhere. They didn't conduct campus interviews and placement cells properly. So none of my friends got placement. They conducted a placement awareness class.
Infrastructure: Honesty-speaking facilities were low. Courses available are B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Sc. Electronics, B.Com. Finance, and B.Com. Computer Application. Computer labs and electronic labs are available. There was no canteen when I started studying there. But in my third year, a canteen facility was arranged. Medical facilities were poor; there was only first aid. Management has no interest in sports and games. It was mainly conducted by students.
Faculty: Most of the teachers were not helpful. The only teacher to whom I give respect is the math teacher there. She gained knowledge, and she tried her best to teach low-grade students. Her teaching was easy; she is strict, but it's good. And the teacher who taught OS is also friendly and smart. Other teachers were there just for their jobs. They just taught us what's in the textbook. Their classes were not understandable.
Other: I chose B.Sc. Computer Science because it has more job scope in current society. Instead of teaching what's in the textbook, teachers should teach more about experience. They should make students prepare for job interviews.
In my academic year, there are rarely any events conducted there. Management has no interest in conducting events and fests. They gave only less support and funds. It was the students who conducted events and fests with their money. The college gave only a small amount of money.

Our college is very good.
Placements: Almost 50% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Wipro and TCS provide good jobs. About 70% of students got internships. Students got good roles.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. Wi-Fi is available on the second floor. There is no hostel in our college. The quality of the food is very good. The food served in the canteen is tasty. Sports and games are available in our college.
Faculty: All teachers are not highly qualified. The pass percentage is 95%. The semester exams are difficult.
Other: I chose this course because I was a computer science student. Our college provides better placements, so I chose this college. Our college conducts fests every year. The campus is not huge. Our college provides scholarships to students based on their caste. Our college is well-known for the NSS club. Our college surroundings are very good. All students are brilliant. Students can participate in every event according to their skills.

Placements: More than 20% of students are placed in various companies from placements and internships out of which 50% have applied. The top recruiting companies are Wipro and ICICIC Bank. Many students get placed in the various IT sectors in the state.
Infrastructure: This college has modernised classrooms and computer laboratories. The library is also available and break-out rooms are provided. Extracurricular facilities like NSS are also available. Combined performing a union in the college has been mentioned as a highlight.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. They are very helpful and provide exam-oriented classes to the students. They also provide a helping hand to students who are performing backward in the internal exams, mainly some of them are temporary.
Other: The connectivity around the place is good. Choosing a finance course helps students to clear the difficult stages by passing the primary levels.

I am not satisfied with this college because of the infrastructure.
Placements: Our college has a good placement cell. Faculty members inform students about the opportunities. Few companies visit our college to recruit students. In our batch, no companies visit our college. Placements are average in our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not good. It has only one block. Our college does not have a playground or a canteen. Our college buildings are old. Classrooms are congested. The infrastructure of our college is below average.
Faculty: Our college comes under the University of Calicut. It provides a good curriculum. Teachers help students to improve their studies. The curriculum is average and it molds students to lead an average life.
Other: I opted for this course because I like computer science. The college must improve everything except academics. Our college surroundings are not good. Our college does not support any extracurricular activities such as sports and arts.

Placements: Companies like Wipro, Infosys, and TCS are high companies that take our students willingly. This is due to the technology and knowledge provided by this institute. Most of the students are getting placements. Companies are coming and conducting exams to hire students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this institute is at a high level. Not only labs but also a library, smart class, departments, Wi-Fi, and classroom are highly maintained. A protein-rich food is served by this institute. There is not much importance given to sports. Hostels are securely maintained.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and staff also. They help us in different ways and they take our problems and find solutions. The curriculum is extremely good and students are training as professionals. For students who are studying regularly, exams will be easy. About 99% is the pass percentage.
Other: I opted for this course because it was a dream. It is a step forward to my dream. Sports should be improved. Campus life is unforgettable.
