VIT Vellore BTech fee is between INR 6.9 lakh and INR 19.6 lakh as per official sources. Students should pay the course fee after completion of selection rounds to confirm their seats.

Yes, BTech students who choose to cancel their admission at VIT Vellore will be refunded their course fees. These refunds are offered on UGC norm basis where candidates are offered a percentage of fees paid. 

This percentage is based on how early a candidate has cancelled their admission.

The total fee for MSc ranges between INR 1.22 Lacs and INR 2.22 lakh. This fee includes a one-time caution deposit of INR 2,000.

VIT University offers a full-time MCA via School of Information Technology & Engineering (SITE). The duration of the programme is two years. The Deemed University, every year, conducts Vellore Institute of Technology Masters Entrance Examination (VITMEE) to offer admission to the MCA programme. VITMEE is a computer-based test that is held offline at several centres across the country. Final admission is subject to a personal interview (PI) round of the shortlisted candidates.

VIT Business School, Vellore, offers a regular Master of Business Administration (MBA) course in 4 specialisations. Candidates can apply for the course via online application. VIT Business School MBA course admission is entrance exam-based. VITBS offers good placement opportunities. During VIT MBA placements 2023, more than 150 recruiters visited the campus. VIT MBA highest and average packages stood at INR 15 LPA and INR 9.68 LPA, respectively. VITBS has state-of-the-art facilities. The facilities include hostels, library, fests, sports, and lawn, among others.

VIT Vellore offers MBA as its flagship course. It is definitely worth choosing MBA at the institute. It is offered at the PG level for the duration of 2 years. MBA at VIT Vellore provides field based projects for hands-on-experience. The university conducts mandatory guest lectures by industry experts in each course. According to the MBA information brochure 2026-27 released by VIT, the highest package offered during VIT MBA placements in recent past was INR 18 LPA. In addition, 148 offers were made. 

No cocessions have been shown for reserved categories for MBA at VIT Vellore. Candidates are only offered merit-based scholarships for financial aid with MBA fees. If candidates are unable to secure these scholarships, they can try and apply for government scholarships or student loans.
