College of Commerce, Arts and Science, Magadh University offers three-year BCA programme divided into six semesters. Any aspirants who completes his or her Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate can apply for the BCA programme. Candidates also need to qualify entrance exam conducted by the college for admission to the BCA course.

College of Commerce, Arts and Science, Magadh Uiversity admission to BCA is based on entrance exam conducted by the college. Besides, aspirants must also pass Class 12 with PCM as subjects for admission to BCA programme. The final selection will be based on both entrance exam and merit of the aspirants in the qualifying exam.

College of Commerce, Arts, Science, Magadh University provides placement support to the students. As per NIRF report 2023, the median package given to UG (3-year) students was INR 3 LPA. Moreover, a total of 435 UG students were placed. There is no concise report on COCAS Magadh University BSc placed students.

COCAS Magadh University conducts entrance-exam for BSc IT programme. However, the selection for BSc traditional course is based on merit of the candidates in the last qualifying exam. Besides, aspirants also need to complete Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum of 45% aggregate for BSc IT admission.

College of Commerce, Arts and Science, Magadh University applications are usually released in May-June. The application closes by the second week of July. Students opting for courses available via entrance exam need to appear for the test first. The entrance exam is usually conducted in the last week of July. 

College of Commerce, Arts and Science, Magadh University admissions to most of the UG and PG programmes is based on entrance-exam conducted by the college. For some of the UG and Diploma courses, the selection is based on merit of the candidates in the last qualifying exam. The Magadh University accepts various entrance test for admission. The University accepts both entrance test (university entrance test and any national entrance exam). The college of commerce, arts, and Science Magadh University also accepts the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Aspirants must hold a 50% for eligibility for admission in the university.
