Review of College of Commerce, Management and Computer Science.
Placements: Most of our seniors are placed at MNCs like Britannia, ITC Limited, and Infosys, as well as top companies and banks like Accenture, Canara Bank, V Star, etc. Almost 100% of students get internships during their courses because of the university status in Tirupati town. Every student is allowed to do an internship in the respective field after completing their second semester exams.
Infrastructure: Our Department of Management Studies (DMS) was developed with funds given by Andhra Bank. It is decent to study in and is surrounded by greenery, which is very pleasant. There is a department library that has almost all the course books, project reports, journals, etc. If we need more, we are always welcome to go into the central university library which is best in class and can be used as a digital library. The hostel rooms are sufficient for only two members but they give one room for three members, which is sometimes difficult to study. The food served in the hostel is always good with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The mess costs around Rs.2500 to Rs.3000, according to your consumption.
Faculty: All our teaching and non-teaching staff members are very kind to students. All teachers are highly qualified, with double PG and Ph.D. degrees in their subjects. They are very talented. Some of our professors got the best teacher award from our state government this time. The course curriculum is designed in such a way that it makes students industry-ready. The curriculum is designed to provide students with practical knowledge. The difficulty of the semester exams is moderate. About 90% of students definitely pass.
Other: I did B.Com. computer applications. I did not want to stop my studies there and go for a job. I think an MBA will provide various skills like managerial skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills, all of which are very important for an individual to do well in their careers. The best thing about this course is that it improves skills by allowing students to meet the best students in their state because the university only selects students who got good marks in their entrance exams. Most students are highly talented, so socialising with classmates provides more knowledge than the curriculum. The digital equipment like projectors and speakers doesn't work properly on campus because it is a state university and does not have funds. There are so many events that are organised by the department as well as the university like sports, freshers' day, and entrepreneurship development. Every week, a gathering is organised in the Srinivas Auditorium. Recently, the university has hosted TED Talks.

Our college has good infrastructure & facilities.
Placements: It is the most prestigious university in the Chittor district as they offer the best course with the best placement for your talent. In our batch, some of the students are placed in Tech Mahindra and TCS with placement offers.
Infrastructure: They are providing better education for students. The infrastructure of the campus is very good and outside of the campus was covered with total greenery to provide peace. Hostel facilities are good and provide the best rooms and quality food.
Faculty: It has qualified professionals for teaching they help to get out-of-the-box ideas. The exams conducted by the university are strict to provide good results. The principles followed by them are good for the growth of the students to learn more about the course.
Other: I chose MBA because I'm interested in managing and controlling things. Since my stream is finance I would like to be independent in my life.

Our college is the best in Andhra Pradesh.
Placements: In my course, around 12% of students got placed and joined the companies. Recently, a company from Vijayawada named Green Bud Software Technologies acquired some students who completed the course through interviews, and many of them were confirmed. Most of the students who completed the course are getting jobs around the locality itself.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure and facilities are good. The campus surroundings are very addictive. We have Wi-Fi facility and every book in the library. The classrooms are good. Good quality food and medical facilities are available. Sports and games are good.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful to us in improving our knowledge because they are highly qualified. The teaching quality is good compared to other institutions. The semester exams are good, and the pass percentage is around 73%.
Other: I chose this course because it has a good demand and offers many job opportunities. The college must provide more sports facilities. Events and fests are also conducted occasionally.

Our college provides very bad placements. Exams are conducted so late.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students from our course got placed. Companies do not visit our college for placements. Our college does not provide an internship. Top roles like finance manager and marketing manager are offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are very bad to sit in. Wi-Fi facility is available, but the limit is 1 GB. The library is good. The hostel facilities are bad. Mess and canteen are also bad. Medical facilities are not available here. Sports and games are available in the university. Overall, it is average.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of some lecturers is very good, and some are bad at teaching. The semester exams pattern is very tough. The pass percentage is 90%.
Other: I have chosen this course because I am interested in this course.

It is the best university with rank 1 in Andhra Pradesh.
Placements: In previous years, there were plenty of placements. But now due to some changes the placements have been stopped for a while. But every student who studied over here definitely got placed. If not possible, professors guide and provide the best companies for internships and also for jobs. They will personally recommend to the companies of their friends or previous year passed out students.
Infrastructure: Hostel has the best rooms and clean premises. Healthy and hygiene food is served. Pure drinking water is available. 24 hours Wi-Fi is provided. The power supply is also excellent. Moreover, all these are available at a range of Rs. 2,500 per month. Our department is the best and cleanly equipped with furniture and also technical things like LED projectors and smart screens.
Faculty: We have highly knowledgeable professors and academic consultants. Teachers are helpful in every aspect required for students. They are qualified and experienced. Their teaching quality is awesome. They make sure that the students are ready to deal with the industries.
Other: Our college has an opportunity of selecting dual streams with equal specialisation in each stream. I'm very much interested in financial aspects. So I chose an MBA and joined SV University. As University contains 78 different branches of studies in more than 3,000 acres of land. Many events and fests are held on campus.

It is a well-established and historic campus. It has the best faculty, sports equipment and library.
Placements: About 35 students out of 120 from our batch got placed and mainly in the marketing stream. The college does not provide any placement opportunities for the finance stream. The highest salary package offered was 4.3 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 3.4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Amara Raja Group, ICICI Bank and Avenue supermarts visit our campus for placements. Most of them got placed as an assistant manager in ICICI Bank. About 82% of the students from our course got an internship in companies like ITC, Vgaint, Amararaja, etc.
Infrastructure: The college provides facilities like library, well-furnished classrooms with the best technical instruments. It has one of the biggest campuses in India. Our university provides quality and tasty food. The college provides a playground which is state-wise well known. The health centre is also available.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are PhD holders with more than 10years experience in the teaching. We have research scholars who are qualified NET and JRF and undergoing as assistant professors. The course curriculum is relevant. Our faculty members taught us how to face competition in the real world and to handle multi tasks and pressure.
Other: I have chosen this course because to improve how to manage things and administration cum business skills. I wish the college should provide real-time knowledge, which will improve students efficiency. The college organises an event named Biz Beam every year. We participate in a national wide event called AIMS, and we won the event.

Absolutely dissatisfied due to the lack of industry exposure. Placements are good.
Placements: Recently, placement cell has been established in MBA department. Till now, three companies visited the campus, one for marketing and one for HR profiles. We'll get even more opportunities from different companies. I am a part of the placement cell, and we are actively maintaining records of all the students of all specializations. Our seniors had placements but not as much as we are getting this year. The highest salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month, which was offered by DMart for marketing profile. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month, which was offered by CSOT (a China company) for HR profile. DMart selected 17 marketing students, and CSOT selected 4 HR students. Internships are not provided here. We can get them if we ask our seniors or we can go through Internshala app, and as a university student, you will be preferred first. Firstly, keep asking your professors for placements, and they will definitely encourage by seeing your enthusiasm.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available, but it never gets connected to our mobiles. Classrooms are well-furnished with ACs, speakers, mikes, podiums, projector and much more. Gym room and restroom are available for girls. Many sports activities are conducted in SVU campus where you are free to participate. You can attend youth fests, management fests and you will be given attendance for that. Food in the canteen is good when compared to hostel food. Hostel rooms are small but each person is given a separate bed, and you'll even have to adjust for some things. Projectors are the only issue, but from the past four months, everything is working perfectly after we complained to our HOD.
Faculty: Every professor is well-qualified, helpful and knowledgeable except a few. The teaching quality is good, but only some classes are taught, and not every topic is covered. We need to prepare on ourselves more. The faculty to students ratio is 10:50. We did not get any industry exposure. The course was extremely useful. The certificate from the university is enough to crack jobs in private companies.
Other: Bizbeam is the management event, and I am glad to work as a coordinator for it. We have freshers and farewell parties. We'll get a scholarship through Gnanabhumi. Extracurricular activities like debates, group discussions, jam sessions, mock interviews will be conducted by well-experienced faculty.

Dissatisfied with the college. I suggest not to join this college.
Placements: The placements offered in our college are poor. The students of certain categories are mostly preferred. If you want MBA degree without skills and prepare for competitive exams, then you can join this campus. The faculty will not pay attention to you.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is too old, it is needed to replace as soon as possible. No proper actions are taken, though the students complained too many times. The furniture is too old. We lack drinking water facilities sometimes. No proper fans are available. Sometimes, we cannot pay attention to the lectures due to the suffocation.
Faculty: The courses are taught by the retired faculty, who come to the classes whenever they wish and in their free time. The students come to classes only to maintain attendance percentage to get their scholarship offered by the government.
Other: The office staff are very irresponsive. Though PG students approach them, they treat students like LKG students.

A student with AP ICET rank 6385 could grab a paid spot at Sri Venkateswara University, particularly under the management quota. Admission to the MBA and MCA of SVU is based on the AP ICET ranks, whose cut-off rank for general category students is expected to be between 500 to 35000 ranks.
