Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) - Batch of 2024

Supportive environment, hands-on teaching, and steadily developed campus facilities.
Placements: I was part of the B.Ed. 2022–2024 batch, where around 30% of students were placed in government schools and 40% in private institutions, with salaries ranging from 5,000 to 13,000 per month and an average of 8,000 for private schools. 100% of students completed internships in nearby schools and had the opportunity to teach at the on-campus school which ran classes 6 to 12, with top roles offered as assistant teacher and subject-specific educators.
Infrastructure: B.Ed. department offered smart classrooms, a well-stocked library, and basic lab facilities. Wi-Fi access was limited. There was no hostel at that time, but the college had planned to build one. Meanwhile, well-structured PG accommodations were easily available near the campus. Medical and sports support was limited, and there was a small canteen within the campus.
Faculty: Faculty was highly qualified and supportive, and delivered effective teaching. The curriculum was relevant for teaching careers and prepared students well. Exams were moderately difficult, and around 98% of students passed with smart study and consistent efforts.
Other: I was part of the B.Ed. 2024 batch. I chose this course to become a teacher and make a difference. The course included practical teaching and digital facilities. I wished for a digital library earlier, which was later made available. All events were well-organized with food provided. The campus was friendly, peaceful, full of greenery, with good PGs. Scholarships were available for eligible students.
