Overall a good college with a nice atmosphere.
Placements: Our college has an average placement rate now. The average package is around 4 LP. Amazon, IBM, Infosys, TCS etc companies came to our college and recruited students. The students go to internships in various companies, which are good companies. Overall a nice placement rate.
Infrastructure: Our college has good labs for each department, and the classrooms are good having projectors and a good atmosphere. We have two libraries digital and non digital. They are so good that they have Wi-Fi support in every lab. We have very good sports and games availability.
Faculty: Our college is under APJ Abdulkalam Technological University which have good curriculum and follows its own academic calendar. The curriculum is very relevant and industrial friendly. The exams are in each semester it is not that hard. If you study well you can pass.

A very good college but needs improvement.
Placements: I think the college has placements that are good but not that great. Only about 20 people get placed from the CS batches, which consist of almost 180 students, averaging 60 students per class. IBM, Bosch, and some other companies are present for the placement. Overall, average placements.
Infrastructure: The college-provided hostel seats are limited; not everyone can get a place in the hostel. Another important detail is that the college doesn't provide hostel facilities to girls from the second year, only first-year girls have college hostel facility. The service in the college girls’ hostel is very bad. Boys’ hostel experience is average.
Faculty: The faculty members help a lot in covering portions and syllabus, even though sometimes some faculty members are a headache for the students, not considering students. Some faculty members are great according to their particular paper. Overall, the teaching quality is nice, and I don't face difficulty every time.
Other: So, telling about the college, the campus is either very large or not very small. The students and faculty members provide a nice environment. The events and programs live up to expectations, but some areas still need improvement.

Overall, it is a good college for students.
Placements: In our college, the average package offered is 3 LPA now, and before COVID-19, it was 5-7 LPA. Companies are really nice, so students get placements here. Moreover, there are average placements here, but the faculty members and students are trying to improve placements.
Infrastructure: Our college and hostel infrastructure are good. Hostel food is also good. For EEE, there are more than 2 labs. It has a W-iFi support. Classrooms and atmosphere are very good and fully satisfying. Libraries have plenty of book collections. It also has a digital library.
Faculty: Our college is under APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University. It has a structured course curriculum and an academic calendar. Every event follows this academic calendar. Semester exams are not that tough. If we study well, then we can pass exams. Overall, they are good here.

Building future leaders: My experience at College of Engineering, Adoor.
Placements: The highest package is around 15 LPA. Various companies like Tata Consultancy Services and IBS Software come for placements. Every year, more than 100+ students get placed. Various placement training sessions are also provided by the college. Our college is one of the top colleges in Kerala.
Infrastructure: We have one of the best labs among all colleges. Free Wi-Fi facilities are available in labs, classrooms, etc. Hostels are coordinated by the Parents Teaching Association, providing the best facilities to students. There are 2 separate libraries with thousands of books from each department.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, highly educated, and knowledgeable. They have the best teaching quality. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students ready for the industry. Semester exams are not very difficult, a bit average. Proper homework and revision are necessary for scoring good marks.
Other: I am currently studying in semester 4. Subjects are more core-based compared to previous semesters. Every year, we have an arts fest, sports, a freshers' day, and selections.
