Average college for middle class people.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in my course was 68% and there were no placements for my course because its a Bachelor's degree course in political Science for graduation. There were many students who got their internships with government of India for minimum 1 month for the payout of 10000/- Rs. There are many courses which are offered by DBS college for both the categories of students of arts and Science.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is average and other facilities like labs, library, and classrooms are pretty good except for the Wi-Fi facilities itsnot good. The quality of the facilities are average and food is good for the low kept price, other than that sports facilities are also good in the college.
Faculty: Teacher at the campus were good and reliable. They always encouraged us to ask questions and understand things by visualising it. Its a pretty good way to learn things and yes it helped alot. The course I choose was not some kind of plan that would make students industry ready. It was a graduate degree course for gaining knowledge. If we talk about exams then yes they were difficult and had a good standerd of questions in each semesters. There were total of 6 semesters in my course and it took 3 years to complete it.
Other: I choose B.A. In political Science and its a pretty good course for someone who is aiming to prepare for competitive exams like UPSC and other state civil services exams. The campus is average and education is good and if we talk about college fests and other events then yes there are many events organised by faculty every year and many students also get scholarships for further studies.
