Innovative learning with boundless opportunities.
Placements: 70% of students got placed. The highest package was 15 LPA to 80 LPA. The lowest package was 1 LPA. The average package was 5 LPA to 10 LPA. Tata Consultancy Services, Accenture, Times of India, and All India Radio were recruiting companies. Roles offered were journalism, digital marketing, civil services, human resources and event management, social work, teaching, and creative fields.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and the facilities at Darjeeling Government College were of exceptional quality and designed to provide students with a world wide learning environment. Library was well-stocked with academic and research materials. Hostels were good and focused on hygiene. Mess food quality was reasonably good.
Faculty: Teachers were very good with strong communication skills and empathy. The curriculum was more industry-response and gave students employment-ready skills and upbeat work ethics. Semester exams were quite hard but you need to work hard. Minimum 33% was the pass percentage on each paper.
Other: I chose this course as it allows for exploration of diverse disciplines and builds transferable skills. Clubs and organisations like student council, debate club, interdepartment competition, sports, and gym were there.

Memorable days in college.
Placements: No placements are offered in this college. But the quality of education is good in this college. But the placements are not there in this college. Except the placements, it's overall a good college to join where you can explore many things around.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure like smart room or smart class you can say. Central library is there in our college. Labs for chemistry depth students and many instruments like dumpy level theodolite are there. There is only girls hostel just behind the college very near like 10 meters distance backside.
Faculty: Brilliant professors and faculty members in our college where you won't regret studying. Every 6 months, the exams are held for semester exams. The head of the exams is the NBU North Bengal University which is located in Siliguri. Some practical exams are also there at NBU. The professors are brilliant and talented.
Other: I chose to explore the chill and the quality of chill education which I really loved in my 3 years of college life. There are some events and competitions like volleyball matches, cricket matches, and parade competitions on 15th August, where the rivalry begins with other colleges around.

Choose right college for a good future.
Placements: 86 students are in our course. The top roles offered in our course is teaching because in our course the main aim is to be teacher professor.
Infrastructure: We do have our library and it's so easy to learn and save our money from buying all of the books. Our college have volleyball play ground and boys and girls both can to play.
Faculty: Our professors are professional and knowledgeable, they always teach us good things and they're very helpful. They do all of as they can to reach us. Semester exams are very hard to pass.
Other: I choose this course because I am good at this as compared to others. It helped me to learn basic things about my culture and career.

Our college review is very good and it's the best college for studying.
Placements: The percent of students is a minimum of 60 percent to get the admission.
There were no packages.
Soft skills companies are recruiting.
Above 80 percent of students got internships from our college that are based on your hard work and your progress, which you have to show in your college.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi in our college to use for the department, and there are labs for the department to practice in, and we have a big classroom and a big library full of books.
We have a medical team to take care of sick people or students.
And there is a canteen with good food.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful to the students and well-qualified teachers who have done Ph.D.s in their subject. The teaching quality is very good, and we have supportive teachers who are always helping for the exam. The teachers teach us well to prepare for the exams.
Other: Our batch is talented, and we are the 5th-semester students, so we have to lead our journeys.

We have extracurricular activities like NCC, NSS, unions, etc.

It has the best Geography department of West Bengal.
Placements: It is a government college that provides general courses so there are no placements. The college makes students prepare for further future studies. Professors are too good and very knowledgeable. They share the best experience with us regarding our future. General courses don't have placements.
Infrastructure: The college is excellent with heritage infrastructure. The Geography department is a perfect department all over West Bengal. Hostels are average and they provide average food. There is no Wi-Fi connection. The college has a smart class, library, and individual departmental computer lab.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are greatly knowledgeable and perfect. The course makes students best for the upcoming future. Semester exams are tough and are conducted by NBU. The cut-off marks are high. Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They guide us extremely to become perfect.
Other: I chose this college because Darjeeling Government College has the best Geography department with the best professors.

Best college of Darjeeling.
Placements: On our college all types of students are placed, but in honour course only the selective ones will choose after the publication of merit list. Our college offered so many courses such as Botany Zoology geography Maths Physics Chemistry philosophy and many more. In Darjeeling government, college has no such facilities of internship from any company but after the consultation with our respective teachers and professors we can get the job. Some of the top courses are PG in Botany Zoology Nepali and in English are available.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the Darjeeling government college is very good in my view because it's made in 1948 and still it has the same build quality as earlier. A seperate library is available in every department of the college and Wi-Fi is available for all the students but in limit. Labs are very good as compared to other colleges because it's a government college because of that it's very good.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful for every students, they treat like their friends and they were also well qualified and knowledgeable. And the semester exams were quite difficult because the question pattern is of CBCS pattern and we don't know what type of questions will come this year but it should be quite predictable after seeing the previous year question papers. But the exam is tough in every semesters. Our students passed percentage is 90% because of the good teachers in our college.
Other: I choose Botany, it's very good subject because of the plants we can walk talk. Because of the protein carbohydrates and other elements and minerals provided by the plants that's why I like to study about the plants. The best thing about this course is I can know all about the plants and their responsibility and so many other things. In our campus generally few fest events are organised such as teacher's day, Gandhi jayanti, independent day etc. Our college have a many extracurricular activities such as our students can participate in any kinds of games such as football, volleyball, TT, Bat etc.
