The campus life is good outside of class.
Placements: Some students are placed, with the highest package at Rs. 50,000, the lowest at Rs. 15,000, and an average of Rs. 30,000. The recruiting companies are K News, JMD, and Dainik Jagran. Some students get lucky to go to ISRO. I guess 60% of students got internships, and I am not sure of the companies. The top roles offered are content writing and designing.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and computer labs are available. Some equipment in labs is in a dismantled condition. The library is awesome with all the books, Wi-Fi, and AC. It has two floors with washrooms and water coolers available. The food in the mess is great, and the canteen also serves good food. Sports and games are on top.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach well, but some teachers target students. The course makes students industry-ready with all the discipline and everything followed. Semester exams are not difficult if you study well.
Other: I wanted to be a cinematographer, but my parents suggested Mass Communication, so I chose this field. According to everyone, Mass Communication and Journalism focus only on journalism, and nothing else. Everything revolves around it. Some teachers' behavior towards students is strict. Events and the campus crowd are way too good. Extracurricular activities happen all the time.

I am absolutely satisfied with the faculty members.
Placements: Placements are really good in our college. Many big companies came here and selected students for internships. Top recruiting companies are the Hindu Group, Dainik Jagran, etc. The percentage of placements through our college is high compared to other colleges.
Infrastructure: The facilities in our college are very good. Hygiene is maintained everywhere. There is cleanliness. There is a separate department for games and sports, a medical zone, and a cafeteria that serves hygienically prepared food that is healthy. The mess of the hostel is also good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and supportive. They teach in such a manner that we can understand easily. This curriculum makes students ready for the industry as they provide practical classes as well as theoretical classes that provide studios for practice.
Other: This course is best for journalism if u want to become a journalist or reporter. There are a lot of fests taking place every month, and connectivity is really good.

It is a good choice for students looking for journalism and mass communication studies in Kanpur.
Placements: I did not complete my course yet. I am in the final year currently but last year, around 40-60% of students got placed. I do not have an idea about it, but I guess the maximum package ranges from 5-7 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Amar Ujala, Dainik Jagran, Knews, and JMD News. 30% of students got internships in the above-mentioned companies only and a few radio channels also. Roles like anchor, video editor, reporter, copywriter, and RJ are offered.
Infrastructure: All facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library are good, including hostel food and the availability of all types of sports is a plus point. I don't have much idea about the hostel. The food is okay and as far as I know from my friends hostel is also good.
Faculty: The pass percentage is 30%. Everything taught is good and relevant. Teachers are also qualified enough to teach subjects. The difficulty level of exams is also very low. If we study carefully like on a scale of 1 to 10, it's 5.
