Placements: The bulk of hiring comes from mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, and Infosys. If you have decent grades (no backlogs) and basic coding skills, you will likely get placed in one of these. The college does not hand hold you for internships. You have to be proactive and find them yourself, though they might help with the paperwork.

Infrastructure: The campus looks good from the outside. The computer labs are generally functional with working systems. A common complaint is Wi-Fi: while they claim campus-wide Wi-Fi, the speed and connectivity in hostel and certain blocks can be spotty. Hostels are decent and clean enough in the budget range. I will suggest to take PG outside.

Faculty: The university syllabus covers Data structure, OS, networking, but it isn’t always updated to the absolute latest industry trends. Exams are easy to clear and pass one night before the exam. The pressure comes from the 75 percent attendance and assessment and assignments, then actually difficulty of the exam papers.

About 70% got internships. Roles offered are Software Engineer, Analyst, and Developer, good for the students who have come.

Infrastructure: The department has smart classrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, and a rich library. Hostels are clean and secure. Mess food is hygienic, and a canteen is available. Medical support, sports grounds, and indoor games facilities are provided wifiij.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good with a mix of theory and practical learning. The curriculum is relevant and industry-oriented. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, with an overall pass percentage of around 85-90%.

Decent infrastructure, decent campus life. Average placements.

Placements: The placement performance of the batch was moderate. Around 75-80% of students from last year's batch were successfully placed through campus recruitment drives, while some opted for higher studies and off-campus opportunities for a skilled career path. For placement, there is aptitude training and interview preparation.

Infrastructure: The facility and infrastructure available for the course are decent. Wi-Fi is rather slow but okay. There is a library at the top. Classrooms contain projectors with whiteboards; some contain smart boards too. The quality of food available in the mess is not so good, but okay; also, there are vending machines in every hostel, so you don't have to go to the canteen. The canteen contains good quality food.

Faculty: The faculty, curriculum, and exams are good. The teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. They give time for doubts. The first semester and second semester are the same for all B.Tech courses, but from the 3rd semester of the 2nd year, we study based on our branches. Semester exams are levelled according to the teaching.

Other: I chose Computer Science Engineering (B.Tech) because I have a huge interest in technology. I love new tech and gadgets, how they are programmed, and how they actually work.

All in all, DBUU can be a good choice.

Placements: There are good placements in my college. According to me, in the final year, there were almost 100 companies that came there for placement. My college provides a good environment for placement. There are many processes for improvement, like coding rounds, assessment rounds, and group discussions for different job roles. Almost 50% of the students were placed during the placement time.

Infrastructure: Here we are provided with two tables, as the room is a 2-seater, and you can choose the number of seats you want. There are two beds, one almirah, and an attached room with a commode and basin. The cleaners come every day to clean the room, and on Sundays, the washrooms are cleaned. The hostel with a three-seater non-attached washrooms room is 80,000, and the 2-seater with attached washrooms is 110,000 with a 5,000 registration fee. I would suggest taking a PG or rented apartment; it will cost half of the hostel expenses.

Faculty: Faculty are described as highly qualified, helpful, and approachable, making complex subjects understandable with practical examples. The curriculum is regularly updated to align with industry needs, preparing students for jobs. Overall, the curriculum is suitable for present industry needs and is good to go.

It is the best emerging university in Uttarakhand.

Placements: Last year, there were no good placements in the tech field, but there were placements in non-tech fields. The average package offered was 4 LPA, and the highest package offered was 8 LPA in the last year. Many companies that visit the college are for the marketing department, but not for the tech department. In a campus selection, 40 percent of students got placed, and others were placed off-campus. Most of them get placed here. In this college, the management is doing well, but we should do our best.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi does not work properly. Classrooms are like a school. The library is very brilliant in our college. In the hostel, electricity is not constant. The mess food is not hygienic, and it is average. It has average medical facilities. Doctors are also not available on time, and a doctor is not that well-qualified.

Faculty: Faculty members are not knowledgeable. Some faculty members have a full attitude, but some are good. They are quite cooperative. The course curriculum is not relevant, and they teach an outdated syllabus. Semester exams in college are very easy, and we will get a question bank of 36 questions per unit. The exam question paper will be there in the question bank, and sometimes questions will come from outside the question bank. We get a good level of questions. Faculty members are quite good on our campus. Sometimes, faculty members don't communicate with the students properly. Faculty members are not good on our campus.

The college has school vibes.

Placements: Many students get placed in mass recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, etc. I suggest students not look at that 40 LPA in the billboard, as it is just an exception, as he cracked it by himself. If students are really good at coding and not just in passing exams, then it is good.

Infrastructure: The food is often described as patient food and repetitive. There is a strict no use of onion and garlic rule in some messes (I suggest students check if this still applies in their specific block, but it's a common grievance). Breakfast is usually the best meal. Wednesday breakfast often has Jalebi or Poha, which is the highlight of the week. Rooms are decent, but there are strict outing rules.

Faculty: Faculty members are really good at teaching. Some teachers are rude and egoistic, but they are well-qualified. All teachers are good in the first year, especially the MD sir of Calculus. Some teachers are PDF readers. They don't teach us the PDF, and they tell us to read the PDF.
