The academic scholarships covers 100% tuition fees. This scholarship is worth rupees 8 crore. Inorder to be eligible, the student must have a minimum of 50% of marks in XII standard or an equivalent from any recognised board. The Uttarakhand Scholarships are for those students who have their permanent address in Uttarakhand. The scholarships is equal to one year of tuition fees. A student must be a native of Uttarakhand, and must have the domicile certification of Uttarakhand. This is worth rupees 8 crore. The Corona virus warriors scholarship is offered to police personnel, army personals, medical staff, and sanitization workers. One year worth of tuition fees is given. Inorder to claim this scholarship, they must show their Covid 19 warrior pass. This scholarship is worth 3 crore. 

Inorder to be accepted by the Dev Bhoomi Institute of Technology, the candidate must have scored 50 and above. He or she must have a valid score and rank in JEE or UKSEE or state government recognised entrance exams for B.Tech.  For B.Tech lateral entry there is no entrance exam but they should hold a Diploma in engineering or BSc in Mathematics. 

Eligible Candidates need to have a valid score In GATE for M.Tech or PG. The final students to be selected will be based on a written test, GDPI, academic merit, work experience and score in applicable exams.
