College is really good for making students ready for the future.
Placements: 50% of students were placed. Minimum package is 3.5 LPA and Maximum package is 5 LPA. Average package is 3 LPA. Companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, John Deer visits our college every year. Very few students get internship. Most of the students are interested in civil services so the placement is not that much high.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi available in all campus. Classrooms are very good and newly designed with well-maintained lights and fans. Huge library available in the college with a separate reading room available. Hostels are well maintained and separate Wi-Fi facility in hostel. Good quality of food available in canteen and mess. Also medical facilities are provided without fees. A huge playground is available with all the sport facilities.
Faculty: All teachers and doctors are knowledgeable and course is relevant about agricultural sector and also it makes students industry ready. As there are 3 inplant training included in our course. One training after fourth semester for one month and after seventh semester three months special training in course which can be organised by different industry people.
Other: Beneficial for agricultural sector. Provides extra information about tractors. All events are celebrated and the campus is ecofriendly. Campus and hostel life are good.
Placements: Placements are not that good because, in some agricultural colleges, placements are not available. The highest salary offered is about Rs. 30,000 to 40,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is between Rs. 5,000 to 10,000 per month. Mahindra and John Deere are some companies which are excited about college placements.
Infrastructure: High-quality computer laboratories are available, which are quite excited to see. There are laboratories of all departments such as FMPE, IDE, SWCE and APE. There is a hostel which is very good. The mess is available which is handled by student-faculty. Sports, medical facilities and games facilities are available.
Faculty: There are highly qualified teachers. Teaching quality is not that good as college standards. Self-study is the most important factor in college life, which matters the most in results. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.
Other: I didn't get a good engineering college though I refer to agricultural engineering. I am highly satisfied that I join this college because there is some serious knowledge.
