At DYP we ensure that no one feels out of home in the hostel, canteen or anywhere else on campus as it distracts students and reduces their performance. Apart from the spectacular accommodation and dining facilities registered by our prestigious organisation such as; Vibrant hostel rooms, sports fields, amphitheater, dedicated workshops and emergency medical assistance. The food prepared in the canteen has all kinds that are liked by the students coming from different places. There are separate hostels for boys and girls with 24*7 security and respective rector. The buildings are within walking distance of each other on campus and are named after veterans; For example Sarojini Nadu and Kalpana Chawla for Girls Hostel. This is also part of the motivation for students as they feel different when they step into the hostel rooms. Hostels have a common room which is also called TV room and have TV and seating as part of entertainment and enjoyment during cricket matches or other events. Hostels provide Wi-Fi facility to students and staff to browse and research for their assignments.

The college is great. The average package offered to students is 4.5 LPA.

Placements: In our batch, about 50-60% of students got placed. About 80% of students got placed on campus. Worley is the top recruiting company in our course, and they recruited 6 students from our class. Most of the students got the role of GET graduate engineering trainee. Deepak Fertilizer Company also hired 5 students from our class.

Infrastructure: Labs are in good condition, and Wi-Fi is also placed in the corridors. The canteen serves a variety of items. The infrastructure is beautiful, and at the entrance, there are water fountains that attract every student. On the same campus 4 canteens are available, so students get many options.

Faculty: All qualified staff members are available in the college. They have a lot of knowledge in chemical engineering. Many staff members help students to solve their problems. Many activities are conducted like group discussions and aptitude tests, which increase students' confidence in interviews.

Other: I chose this course because chemical engineering is a unique branch and in Maharashtra, very limited colleges offer this course. Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute is a renowned college and it offers this course. Events organised are awesome. Amazing games and events are conducted in January and February.

It is a really good college with good faculty members. Campus is good. Everything is best.

Placements: Placements are good. Around 75% of students secure placements. Recruiting companies like Worley, Ultratech, V Construct, and many others hire students from our college. Worley is one of the top recruiting companies for Civil. Neilsoft is a mass-hiring company for Civil located in Bengaluru.

Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure is the best, and it looks beautiful aesthetically. The student plaza, library, and classrooms are good. I like the college in every way. It looks beautiful both inside and out, and the library and classrooms have a peaceful environment.

Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive. They support us in every possible way and help a lot with our studies. They always try their best to solve the doubts students have. They guide us to grow and support us to be successful in our careers. They also help us to understand each and everything about our field.

Other: Civil engineering deals with present construction-related activities.

Placements: Percentage of students placed: approximately 80-85% of students from the computer engineering course were placed in the 2023 batch. Salary packages: The highest package offered was around 15-20 lacs per annum. The lowest package offered was around 3-4 lacs per annum. The average package offered was generally around 6–8 lacs per annum.

Infrastructure: 1. Classrooms: Equipped with modern teaching aids such as projectors, smart boards, and audio-visual equipment. The best placement record of my college is in the 2023 batch, leading to good opportunities.

Placements: I am in the Mechanical department. The college is very good about placements, and many students get placed in their respective courses. Top companies visit our campus, such as Capgemini and Tech Mahindra. We see that 100 percent of students can be selected during the college campus process based on their skills and other criteria.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure in my college is very good, with many facilities available on campus, such as a good canteen, an excellent library, and powerful Wi-Fi networks. Regarding sports, a separate committee makes decisions for all of us and gives each student a chance.

Faculty: The quality of teachers is better than in other colleges because all the faculty members are well-educated in their respective courses and perform their roles well. My experience with exams is that they commence very strictly and under close surveillance.

Other: The reason I chose this course is the increasing demand for students in this field, as many can secure permanent placements in the best companies. Regarding events, all activities are organized very well on our college campus. The surrounding area is also very neat and clean compared to other colleges.

Best campus in Pune. Infrastructure is good, with the highest placement rates in 2019.

Placements: In 2023, over 70% of students were placed with good packages. The highest package was 17 LPA, while the average was around 5 LPA. Companies that visited included TATA Motors, among others, with the majority of placements occurring at Tata Industries. College staff are polite and make efforts to resolve any personal or college-related issues students may have.

Infrastructure: The Mechanical Department is equipped with digital devices such as projectors, PCs, and Wi-Fi, which greatly benefit us. The hostel includes a mess and an open ground, and the college provides all necessary sports equipment.

Faculty: Teachers in the college hold master's degrees and are primarily from IITs and NITs. Prelims are conducted before the in-semester exams, and at least two exams are held before the end-semester exams. The college is now autonomous, which enhances the campus infrastructure.

Other: Every year, the college hosts a festival that is immensely enjoyable, featuring various events such as singing, musical performances, dance, drama, and prize distributions. The college has good academics but there’s room for improvement.

Placements: 60 to 70 percent students get placed. The highest package offered is 10 LPA and the lowest is 2.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Atlas Copco, Bosch Carrier Midea, Fiat Automobiles, Force Motor Uno Mind, Johnson Control, Ace Micromatic Uno Minda, etc. Around 70 to 80 percent students got internships.

Infrastructure: The college offered a fully green campus along with a good infrastructure. No hostel is available. There is free WiFi and good food provided in the canteen. You can play indoor games like table tenis along with outdoor games like cricket, football, kabddi and basketball. Labs are available for every subject. There are good classrooms and library available.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. The semester exams are easy but you have to study hard. The course does not make you industry ready, you have improve you skills and knowledge for the industry on your own. The administration is not helpful. The teaching quality is good.
