My experience at Dr. D.Y. Patil School of Design.

Placements: There are 30 students in my batch. The average package offered in my course ranges between 6-12 LPA. Top roles offered in interior designing are interior designer, set designer, interior decorator, theatre designer, interior stylist, and light and ambience designer.

Infrastructure: Various labs like the CAD lab, drawing studio, illustration and graphic design studio, photography studio, model making studio, furniture working studio, lighting studio, and many other labs and studios are there to help students learn better and earn real industry experience.

Faculty: Teachers are field and industry experts with knowledge and advanced training that provide students with ample information regarding their fields and careers. They guide them forward with the right motivation and ideas to do better than before.

Other: The campus has a joyous and vibrant environment suitable for a creative mindset.

Placements: This college provides valuable real-world experience and leadership skills ultimately enhancing career preparedness and solidifying career goals. There are 30 students in the interior design course, which is a perfect ratio for learning. Top recruiting companies for our course are Myntra, Deluxe, Lenskart, etc.

Infrastructure: The hostel is decent with a hygienic environment. There are maids who clean our rooms every day. There are guards on every floor for safety or to provide help whenever needed. The hostel has games to pass our time but sometimes there are water issues.

Faculty: Faculty members are very experienced and knowledgeable about the course. The teaching quality is also very interactive and helpful. Professors provide support whenever needed to the students by encouraging them. They also give constructive feedback when needed.

Perfect blend of skill enhancement and campus life.

Placements: Our college provides internship opportunities that are one month to six or seven months long, in which companies focus on students' overall skill enhancement. In this course, one can also interior decorate or freelance. Packages depend on the companies and their requirements. We have networks with companies such as Green Gold, Aditya Birla, Lenskart, and Myntra.

Infrastructure: When it comes to quality, DPU never compromises, and its hostel facilities are no exception. The hostel provides a homely environment with many facilities, such as a study room, gym, TV room, and free Wi-Fi for academic purposes. The hostel is also very clean, hygienic, and, most importantly, safe for girls. The hostel's facilities are a big reason why the majority of girls choose to stay in the on-campus hostel.

Faculty: Dr. D.Y. Patil School of Design offers an excellent learning environment with a knowledgeable and approachable faculty. The curriculum is well structured, covering essential topics while encouraging critical thinking. Exams are fair and appropriately assess students' understanding of the material, providing a balanced approach to academic evaluation.

Other: The college event and fest were outstanding. The atmosphere was really electric with a lively and enthusiastic crowd. The event was well-organized, and the variety of activities kept everyone engaged.
