BRIMS is a college that excels in everything.

Placements: The college makes sure that every student gets placed. Even if ex-students need a job, the college placement committee feels that it's still their responsibility to get jobs for the students. Till today, the seniors who come to the college in search of jobs, are helped with jobs.

Infrastructure: The college has a very big campus. The surrounding area is used for sports and other management related activities. There is a cafeteria within the campus. There is an IT lab in the college building which can accommodate 120 students at a time.

Faculty: The faculty members in the college are well-trained and highly educated. They themselves are MBA graduates with high experience. They conduct lectures on a timely basis and are quite strict when it comes to attendance and participation in the class. They make sure that there is active participation within the class and not just them talking to the audience. They expect an interactive session.

Satisfied with good placements.

Placements: Overall placements were good. The placement cell will not leave any stone unturned in getting the students placed. There were some students who did not get placement soon after exams but the placement cell helped them till they got placed. We had Aditya Birla Capital, Indusind Bank, Bigbazaar, Capgemini, L&T, and many other companies.

Infrastructure: Ground Floor has an auditorium and Boys' and Girls' common rooms and a language lab and admission inquiry room The first floor has a library with internet access, a large collection of books, journals, and reference books, a reading room and movies and documentaries. On the 2nd Floor, there are faculty cabins and admin office apart from classrooms. IT lab and open area on the 3rd floor. 4th floor has classrooms and faculty rooms. Quality of food in canteen is good. There are first aid kits available in the library.

Faculty: Faculty is very helpful and most of the professors have vast industry experience. The teaching methods are a mix of Presentations, Case studies, discussions, and a lot of activities. The Student to faculty ratio per class is around 50. The college regularly has cricket matches and other activities.

Hello, It varies from company to company. There are no fixed criteria as such. Some prefer having just 50% whereas some opt for 60% (or even more in some cases).
