Insights on EMPI Business School.
Placements: The college provides good opportunities for internships as well as jobs. The average package of the college is Rs. 6,00,000. The college helps each and every individual in their placements. They provide mockup interview sessions and PDP sessions which help in placements.
Infrastructure: Facilities like a gym, Wi-Fi, canteen, lab, library, and classrooms with projectors are available in the college. The whole college is covered with Wi-Fi. There is also the Atal Incubation Centre (AIC LAB). The hostel facility is average and has options like AC/non-AC, and single-double-triple occupancy.
Faculty: There are overall 4 semesters in 2 year PGDM programme. Each semester contains presentations, student class participation, mid-term exams, and end-sem exams. Faculty members are very cooperative and good mentors. They help everyone with any issue. If you attend the classes regularly, then you get good marks in the semester.
Other: I chose this course as I want to enhance my practical knowledge as PGDM is more about practical rather than other courses like MBA. Events are organized by student-driven clubs of the college like a cultural club, sports club, and domain club.

Placements: The placement record of our college is very good. For our seniors companies like Anand Rathi, HUL, Axis Bank, PWC etc. Came for the recruitment. The Average package was about 8 Lacs per annum. All our seniors got placed with reputed companies. The placement co-coordinator of our college is gem of a person. She helps each student on personal level. Placement of our college is very good if you try to work on yourself and improve day by day.
Infrastructure: The college is well equipped with the necessary facilities needed for academics. The classes have AC's and projectors. There is a library, too. We have a computer lab in partnership with IBM.
Talking about the hostel, The college has a separate hostel on campus for both boys and girls. The college also has the facility to play both outdoor and indoor games so that students can have fun. The food is decent.
Faculty: Teachers are experts in their domain and come from the corporation itself. They teach according to what is relevant in the industry and make you corporate-ready. The exam is divided into 2 parts: mid-semester and final semester. Teachers put extra effort into helping individuals.
Other: The college hosts different kinds of cultural festivals throughout the year, and students participate to show off their extracurricular skills. Sports Fest are also organized by the college.

My experience at EMPI Business School.
Placements: The college offers 100% placements to all students. From the 3rd semester, students become eligible for placements. The average package lies somewhere between 7 to 8 lakhs. The placement record is amazing; almost all students get placed. The companies that visited the campus include Anand Rathi, Infoedge, Swiggy, Decathlon, Patanjali, Humm, Flixbus, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. We have Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, a library, and labs. Talking about the facilities provided by our hostel: Wi-Fi is available, the food is fine, there's power backup in case of outages, AC and cooler units, water coolers with RO purifiers, and a common room. Campus life is awesome.
Faculty: Our faculty members are really supportive and have vast experience. Most of them are visiting faculty members and working professionals in their fields. They teach whatever is relevant to the industry. The course curriculum is well-designed; they not only teach theory but also provide practical knowledge, making students corporate-ready. The semester exams feature application-based questions and case studies. Overall, focusing on understanding concepts enables students to perform well in exams.
Other: The best thing about the college is the low intake of students, which allows more focus on each student. A mentor is provided for any issues. Every festival is celebrated with enthusiasm and dedication. There are different clubs like cultural, sports, communication, CSR, and social media clubs. The events and activities help students build teamwork and connections. EMPI provides a platform to build and enhance skills through campus activities.

MAT participating colleges shortlist candidates on the basis of their past academic record, MAT score and performance in What/GD-PI. Some colleges also consider prior work experience in full time mode at executive or managerial level. Placements: This institution has had a record of 100% placement for a very long time. The concerned person in placement will push each and every student individually to crack an interview and have a bright future. The college placement offers an average package of 5-6 Lacs, and the maximum package is 12 Lacs. Some of the top companies that come to this college for hiring include Decathlon, Hummel, Varun Beverages, HDFC, Anand Rathi, PWC, Berger Paints, Airtel, LT Foods, etc.
Infrastructure: The college has very good infrastructure, including free Wi-Fi, labs, a library, and many more amenities. Infrastructure: EMPI'S curriculum is industry-focused with experienced faculty, making learning engaging and practical. Placements: So the batch size is 120 and placements are good for the seniors; all Big 4 were on campus alongside other big brands coming to the college. We have also been getting good internship companies with 10k as the average stipend, and the average for the final placements is 10 LPA.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure:
Wi-Fi – high-speed internet; labs – well-equipped for practical learning; classrooms – modern with AI aids and library, and for HR students, an HR lab.
Hostel facilities include:

Placements: Almost all the students of the batch are placed, infact most of them have a more than one placement offer. Renowned companies like Anand Rathi, PWC, Patanjali, Flipkart, Regalo Kitchen, Sherkhan, Berger, Hummel, Axis Bank, Golden Rabbit Communications, information edge etc. Have come for campus placement. The highest package is 20 Lacs per annum and the lowest is 7 LPA. The average package stands around 8.5 LPA to 9 LPA. All the students got internships that too in renowned companies like Hindustan Unilever, Humel, HDBFS, Motilal Oswal, Impact Communications, Sennheiser, Anand Rathi, Peapods etc. Marketing Strategies, HR, Finance, Business Analyst and Developed, Financial analyst, Client Servicing etc. Are the top roles offered in the course.
Infrastructure: The college located in Ansal Vilas, Satbari which is full of greenery. It is a part of Delhi where it feels like living close to the nature. Hostel rooms are well built and the room service comes every 2 to 3 days for cleaning the rooms. There are two badminton court in the boys hostel, a common room with television, carrom board, table tennis etc. For students relax in leisure time. The quality of food in the mess is decent and the menu keeps changing every month. There is a seperate medical room for emergency issues. It has separate assigned space for volleyball, basketball, cricket, footsal etc.

Placements: The placements at the college are 100%, every single year every student of EMPI gets placed in their respective fields. The highest package that has been offered to a student was 20 Lacs. In fact, the student had offers from 2-3 companies and they had to choose where they wanted to go. The college also offers abroad placements in big MNCs with a package of around 22 LPA to 25 LPA. The average package is between 7-9 LPA.
Infrastructure: At the time of my joining EMPI, I was very excited and was ready to grab the opportunity to improve myself and gain as much knowledge as possible. We have a library filled with knowledge, an Atal Incubation Centre where any student with any idea gets help to launch that idea in the market, and labs available according to your convenience. The food in the mess is also delicious, and we are offered different meals every single day.
Faculty: Both the faculty members, visiting faculty, and the permanent faculty are supportive and carry vast knowledge and experience that helps make the students corporate-ready. Faculty members try their best to make the students learn about the latest technologies for their upgradation. They also give case studies, projects, and multiple chances to organize as well as host events so that students can showcase their hidden skills and give their best.
