My experience at EMPI Business School.

Placements: The college offers 100% placements to all students. From the 3rd semester, students become eligible for placements. The average package lies somewhere between 7 to 8 lakhs. The placement record is amazing; almost all students get placed. The companies that visited the campus include Anand Rathi, Infoedge, Swiggy, Decathlon, Patanjali, Humm, Flixbus, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. We have Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, a library, and labs. Talking about the facilities provided by our hostel: Wi-Fi is available, the food is fine, there's power backup in case of outages, AC and cooler units, water coolers with RO purifiers, and a common room. Campus life is awesome.

Faculty: Our faculty members are really supportive and have vast experience. Most of them are visiting faculty members and working professionals in their fields. They teach whatever is relevant to the industry. The course curriculum is well-designed; they not only teach theory but also provide practical knowledge, making students corporate-ready. The semester exams feature application-based questions and case studies. Overall, focusing on understanding concepts enables students to perform well in exams.

Other: The best thing about the college is the low intake of students, which allows more focus on each student. A mentor is provided for any issues. Every festival is celebrated with enthusiasm and dedication. There are different clubs like cultural, sports, communication, CSR, and social media clubs. The events and activities help students build teamwork and connections. EMPI provides a platform to build and enhance skills through campus activities.

It is a good college and can be considered for admission.

Placements: EMPI is a decent college with good placement history. College provides a good opportunity to all the students with many top brands like American Express, Asian Paints, Bank of America, Barclays, Citi Financial, Gillette for placements. There are regular guest lectures and different seminars organized by the college for students to gain knowledge and to ask queries to the professionals. EMPI is not only about academics but helps in 360-degree development of the students.

Infrastructure: EMPI is well-equipped as it has its Atal Incubation Center on Electric Vehicles and Renewable Energy which provides ample opportunities to the startups. It has a quite big campus with a good security system. A certain number of faculty live inside the campus which provides the perfect environment to study.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are highly qualified and helpful as every student here is assigned by a mentor who looks after the holistic development of the students. Faculty members are very helpful and guide us whenever we need any help. Even teachers recommend a lot of books from which we take help. The course curriculum is also quite relevant and well planned.

EMPI helped me in shaping my career and for my overall growth.

Placements: I am pursuing PGDM in dual specialisation (Global Business and Marketing. EMPI offers an immense opportunity for the students apart from placements like Live Projects (at Big Bazaar, Max Hospital, EV Projects, etc. ); Conferences (Water Conference, Petro-Coal Conference, etc. ); Industrial Visits (Yakult & Parle), Adventure Trips ( Jaisalmer, Jodhpur); etc. The college provide 100% placements to the students in big brands like ICICI, Bajaj Capital, Berger Paints, Godrej, Manpower, E&Y, WNS, LT Foods, OYO Rooms, etc. Placements are quite good with an average package of 4 -5 LPA and for summer internship the average stipend is 5K per month.

Infrastructure: EMPI has a beautiful campus. The greenery at EMPI helps to get positivity out of it. The college atmosphere is good enough. The college offers both Hostel and Day-Boarder facilities, though I have opted for Hostel because of ease of studying in a friendly-cum-competitive environment. It has 24X7 electricity and water facility. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enable along with the hostel area. It has a separate library with ample of books, magazines, research paper, etc. The classrooms have better sitting facilities with A. C. , free Wi-Fi, Projector, etc. The college provide both canteen and mess facility. The quality of food available in the canteen is good but the canteen is not so big.

Faculty: Along with the studies, the college offers opportunity to participate in extra-curricular activities like badminton, cricket, table - tennis, basket-ball, etc. Which helps a student to groom herself/ himself as a Lady Young Manager/ Gentleman Young Manager. The faculty members over here are good, knowledgeable and helpful. They provide sessions for grooming the students for their interview.

Other: Everyday is a celebration at EMPI. We celebrate almost every festival including Holi, Durga-Puja, Halloween, Guru-purab, etc. We organized Food-Feista, EV Hackathon, Walkathon, etc. L.

The college has good faculty members, and they provide good industry exposure.

Placements: Placements for our batch were really good. All of my friends were placed in good companies with good salary packages. The average package offered was 4.5 LPA. Companies like ITC, Godrej, ICICI, Mercksline, etc., have visited our college for recruitment. Most of the students got internships from college only. There is a placement cell in our college, and it is very active and effective.

Infrastructure: Quality of classrooms is good. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Library facilities. Medical facilities and sports facilities are available on the campus. Extra activities are also conducted. Quality of food served in the canteen is good. Hostel rooms are pretty good. I didn't face any infrastructure related issues during my tenure.

Faculty: Teachers are the USP of this college. They are experienced and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is really good. The student to faculty ratio is 30:1. The college provides industry exposure, and we have visited a few companies and factories. The course curriculum was according to the market demands.

Other: A lot of events are organised by the students on campus. The campus is a little far from the metro, but they provide bus facility for students. The college provides scholarships to scholars.

Good infrastructure and course curriculum.

Placements: We are new to the college. Hence, we didn't see any placement activity yet on the campus, but we heard from the seniors that the on-campus placements are good and we have various alumni meets in the foundation module. They all are prestigious organisations which assure us for good placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure in this college is very good. It has a lot of greenery on the campus, and the campus is Wi-Fi enabled. There are separate hostels for girls and boys with a common dinning hall. The classrooms are fully air-conditioned. We have an admissions building, the R&D building, the placement cell and an executive guest house within the campus.

Faculty: We have a wonderful faculty, and they help us in clearing our doubts and also to groom on a daily basis. We have a foundation module which was organised to match the mental level of every student from the distinct fields. We have different clubs and houses as well as one to one counselling.
