Candidates who have passed three year's Diploma with 60% marks or four year's Degree, with 50% marks in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication / Communication Engineering, or Electronics and Instrumentation or equivalent are also eligible. The diploma/degree courses must have been recognised by any State or Central Government or the AICTE.

B.E. / B.Tech

Male candidates born on or after 1st September 1999 are eligible to apply for the 2022 batch. In accordance with Government of India guidelines, there is a two year age relaxation for female candidates and girls born on or after 1st September 1997 are eligible to apply for the 2022 batch. Only unmarried candidates will be considered. The Institute has laid down detailed minimum physical fitness and medical standards. The candidate has to meet these standards to qualify for admission.

Certificate Course in Maritime Catering - Batch of 2021

This college is not for marine studies and placements are also not good for 2020 and 2021.

Placements: Our college did not care about placements and campus interview. Around 60 students out of 90 cadets were not yet placed, but this college promised 80. Placements were following zero placements policy. Previous batch, it was 10 and students got selected on campus hiring. Rest others pay agent in lakhs and few got selected in outside interview after a huge struggle.

Infrastructure: In this colege, Wi-Fi was only for faculty members not for students. Laboratories were good. Library cannot provide books as mentioned on syllabus. So, hopes everyone face trouble in exam time. Classrooms were good. Ground was provided for sports and this leads to several conflicts. The food was not good.

Faculty: Faculty members were good, highly skilled, and supportive in shabby environment. The way of teaching was good. They used to provide good notes and helps students to learn and motivate every time. This course was good but students should pick good college. Need to grind and updated as industry requirements. IMU exams were complicated but study smart to pass.

Other: I opted for this course, because of my interest in shipping and sea. The best thing was that my friends and faculty members. Students may lost outside contact because of restrictions.
