Amazing academic experience with a vibrant campus, but don't expect good placement.
Placements: My experience with the placement cell was not good, and that's why I gave two stars in my B.SC Biotechnology course. The placement rate was extremely low, so most of us had to find jobs on our own. The collage provided almost no support, so we had to arrange everything ourselves
Infrastructure: The department infrastructure for my B.SC Biotechnology course was solid. We had a spacious classroom, well-equipped labs, and a good library, but the infrastructure needs some work. I am happy with the infrastructure for our college, it gives you an England vibe.
Faculty: I feel the faculty is the true highlight of the course. The teachers are not only highly qualified but also extremely supportive. As long as you attend the lecture, you can do well since the questions are based on class material. Semester exams are not too difficult if you attend classes regularly, you will definitely achieve a high score.

Ewing Christian College - Best or the worst affiliated college of Allahabad University.
Placements: Placement is not so good as there are very few companies visiting the cell and all companies that came to hire researched for toppers of the academic and postgraduate. There are no internships or anything for undergraduates and you will miss this thing.
Infrastructure: Hostels are not provided you have to rent a private hostel or PG and that's a major drawback of the college. There is a separate hostel for girls but that too was closed around 7 years ago. So this is also the major drawback even though it's the best college of Allahabad University.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good and supportive. The decorum is maintained very well. There's a good connection between teachers and students and principal is also very supportive. The teaching staff seems like a family helpful in every situation whether it's a good or a bad one.
Other: I have done B.Sc. In Biology. I will recommend this college to those who are good at studies and those who will be studying with their full potential. Otherwise, the college does not have a semester-back system they have a year-back system.

The best college with good faculty, big ground, labs, library, worth of money, and good facilities.
Placements: My college is the best for students who want to complete their graduation and prepare for government services exams like UPSC, SSC, Railway, etc.
Infrastructure: My college has the best library with a digital library, good sports facilities, and big classrooms with projectors where required. Toilets are clean, and regular competitions, along with NCC and NSS, are available for students. RO water is provided in the summer, and there are specialized teachers and computer labs.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful and well-qualified, with many holding Ph.D. Both English and Hindi are spoken. Regular exams and semester exams are conducted, and the curriculum is relevant to government exams. The exam copies follow the UPSC format, which helps students get familiar with the exam.
Other: It has the best teachers to teach different subjects, regular classes, and a ragging-free environment. Students also get scholarships every year.

About the college and its staff members.
Placements: There are no placements in this college. Teachers are very poor and do not provide much knowledge because they just run a department. They do not think in a better way, and the department is running very poorly.
Infrastructure: There are better labs, but the lab in charge is very bad in biotech and botany courses. They do not say anything easily. They speak all the time like judges. They are not good. Many students are suffering in this college.
Faculty: There are only a few faculty members. Some teachers are just doing a time pass and do not provide any knowledge. They are only speaking the English language, and without meaning they are speaking for two hours. Meaningful information is not given by all students.
Other: It has a lot of areas to work, but the college is not much better. Every student faces problems here.

Students should take admission to the ECC college, it is best.
Placements: In my course, there are no placements. But in some other courses of our college, there are placements like B.Com. Placement package goes around 20 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS and HCL. The lowest package is around 10 LPA. The average package is around ranges between 1 LPA to 2 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college has a wide range of facilities. Labs are very good. Classrooms are also very good. Library is awesome but college should work on the infrastructure.
Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful and qualified. One of our teachers is being graduated from the IIT BHU and has done M.Sc. from the IISC, Bangalore. The course curriculum is very much relevant and it makes students industrial ready for the upcoming future tasks and works. Semester exams are quite difficult in the college. Pass percentage is around 30%.
Other: One of the reasons I chose this course because I wanted to be in the biotechnology field. I chose B.Sc. Biotechnology in the evening question college. Best thing about my course is that it provides knowledge about biotechnology as it is a sector in India that is going to boom in the future.

Not too good but considerable for student who just want to study only without any college life.
Placements: There is no placement after graduation course from this college as no placement cell is present in this college for welfare of students. Most students after passing out pursue further education as master's degree or any professional course to secure their future.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility provided by this college. Private hostels and PGs are available which provide facilities with an average budget of Rs 10,000.
Faculty: Faculty members of this college are not best but they are very good. They are very dedicated to teach us without any message. Students who pass the exams are very less as the exams are very hard. It has very strict guidelines that follow so no cheating during exams. The percentage is very low given to students. Our biotechnology course is one of the best courses in the nation. Graduation syllabus includes the syllabus of further competitive exams like Maths. The most important part is that it includes Maths in one semester.
Other: ECC is located on the bank of river Yamuna and in the city market place where lots of daily trading occurs. Also, a very large veg market is on the way to college so lots of traffic jams around this college. College has nearby railway station and bus stop for better connectivity. Scholarships are not provided to students, only Uttar Pradesh government scholarships are provided to students.
