Footwear Design & Development Institute Noida MDes is spread across two specialisations: Footwear Design & Production and Fashion Design. Both the courses are offered for a duration of two years and in full-time mode.
FDDI Noida MDes admissions are entrance-based. The institute conducts its own entrance test, i.e., AIST, for admission to design programmes. After successfully cracking the test, candidates are called for counselling in order of their rank based on aggregate scores in AIST. Selection Rounds
Once the exam is conducted, the institute prepares a merit list based on students' FDDI AIST exam results. This merit list is further used to allocate MDes seats.

Master of Design (MDes), with a duration of four years is divided in eight semester. The first two semester of MDes, will be a 'Compulsory Foundation' year where a basic knowledge of Design, Design principles, process, 2D & 3D CAD, Materials, will be imparted.
