Yes, FDDI Noida offers an MDes programme. This programme runs for a duration of two years. Moreover, the mode of education is full-time. Other than this, under this programme, the institute offers two specialisations for students : Footwear Design & Production and Fashion Design. Admission to both courses is done via the ASIT exam.

Footwear Design & Development Institute Noida provides a MDes programme with two specialisations: Footwear Design and  Footwear Design & Production. The overall seat intake for MDes programme is around 90. Students must note that the aforementioned seat intake is as per official sources. However, it is subject to change.

For admission to the Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI) MDes course, candidates must apply for the FDDI AIST entrance exam. Master of Design (MDes), with a duration of four years is divided in eight semester. The first two semester of MDes, will be a 'Compulsory Foundation' year where a basic knowledge of Design, Design principles, process, 2D & 3D CAD, Materials, will be imparted. In the last semester the students will be taking up Design Project/Research Project. Industrial internship is in built in the curriculum. The curriculum has been designed by a team of experts from IIT- Delhi. In case of career oppurtunity, FDDI MDes open promising career opportunity in the trade as Footwear Designers for Fashion and Sport shoes, Product developer, etc. 

Candidates who have Bachelor's Degree from any recognised board, are eligibile for the FDDI MDes Programme. Also candiates must appear for the AIST (All India Selection Test), which qualifies the candidates for admission to the MDes programme. FDDI offers MDes in Footwear Design and Production Technology. The MDes programme provides in-depth understanding of Footwear (Leather & Non Leather) Design, Manufacturing, Management and Retailing. The course encourages Research based study of the relevant area to take up higher challenges in the relevant Industry.

Yes, FFDI Noida offers reservations to students under various categories like SC (15%), ST (7.5%), OBC (Non-Creamy-27%), Differently Abled (3%) and EWS (10%). However, candidates have to appear for the Institution based entrance exam  AIST  (All India Selection Test) for the admission to the UG and PG courses. Therefore, candidates are required to apply for the AIST exam, filling out the exam's application form online.

Admission to UG courses is entirley based on, candidate's performance in the FDDI AIST,  entrance test conducted by the Institution.
