Footwear Design and Development Institute (FDDI) offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Design and Management, namely BDes, BBA, MDes, and MBA. FDDI Admission Process 2025
Footwear Design and Development Institute (FDDI) Admission 2025 is done through All India Selection Test (AIST). Find below the complete Admission Process of FDDI:
Step 1: Application Process
Candidates are required to first register for AIST exam by visiting the Institute's official website. After completion of the registration, candidates have to fill out the online application.
Step 2: Merit-based selection
Candidates' performance in the AIST exam will be considered for the merit list for admission to its offered courses.
Step 3: Counselling
Based on the Merit list, candidates will be called for counseling. Candidates will be selected for the counseling session based on merit list in order of their rank based on the aggregate score in All India Selection Test (AIST) 2025.
Step 4: Final admission
Candidates need to finalise their seats, by paying the course-wise admission fee.

Footwear Design and Development Institute (FDDI), offers BDes and BBA at an Undergraduate level. Admission to UG courses is entirley based on, candidate's performance in the FDDI AIST, entrance test conducted by the Institution. However, before applying for the AIST, candidates are required to be eligible: Twelve years of school education from any recognised Board. Any School or Board or University examination in India or in foreign country recognised by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2 system.
FDDI Noida cut off changes every year. In general, the basic eligibility criteria for the college is past academic records and a valid score in FDDI AIST and other accepted entrance exams. Candidates must known the FDDI AIST syllabus. Candidates must prepare according to the FDDI AIST Exam Pattern. Prepare well for the entrance exams as the competition is high and the seats are limited.
FDDI BDes Admission 2025
FDDI offers a four-year BDes programme for which three specialisations are available: Fashion Design, Footwear Design & Production, and Leather Goods & Accessories Design. The Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI), conducts their own entrance exam for admission to BDes programme. AIST (All India Selection Test) is the Institute's entrance exam. Registration is ongoing and the last date to apply is April 4, 2024. Admission to the BDes programme is based on the Merit list, which is based on the candidate's performance in AIST. The Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI) offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in only one specialisations i.e. Retail and Fashion Merchandise (RFM). The course aims at enhancing critical thinking, reasoning skills, and intellectual skills, particularly in the retail sector. Admission to the MBA is based on the All India Selection Test (AIST), which is conducted by the Insitute. Aslo candidates have to qualify the eligibility criteria: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any Institute / University recognised by law in India.

Yes, admission dates for admission 2025 is out for MDes at FDDI. Admission to the MDes programme is based on the FDDI All India Selection Test (AIST). Therefore, candidates have to watch out for the AIT admission dates. Application is open for the AIST exam and will be open till the second week of November. FDDI Noida Application Process 2025
All the students seeking admission to UG and PG courses at FDDI are required to submit a duly filled application form online or offline. Along with he application form, the candidates also need to submit several supporting documents and the application fee. It is advised to fill the application form very carefully as changing any information is not allowed after the payment is completed. However, an editing window opens which allows certain changes.
