FX School located in Andheri, Mumbai was founded in 2008. The institute offers courses in the field of Animation, Visual Effects, Digital Painting, Photography, and Digital Film Making.

It is the first school in India to have a production-ready environment including a state-of-art chroma studio, fully-equipped practice labs and art rooms.

FX School Admission 2021

FX School offers Advanced Certification Courses and Professional Certificate Courses which cover portfolio making. Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized university for admission to the advanced certification courses offered in different fields.

FX School Admission Process 2025

FX School admission process can either be merit-based or entrance-based, depending on the course the candidate wishes to apply to. FX School offers courses at the Certificate level. Selected candidates can secure their seats by paying the course fee.

Candidates must apply to their desired course through the online application process, which is offered by FX School. For the offline availability of the application form, students must check with the college admission department. I am satisfied with this course. Placements are not guaranteed, but rest everything is good.

Placements: So far, I like this course. There are about 20-25 students in one batch, so we all get personal attention and help when asked for. Placements in our college depend on the work you put in and your portfolio and the projects you do. About 2-3 students get selected from 1 batch.

Infrastructure: Our college provides Apple Macs for work. Labs are well-maintained and clean. Wi-Fi facility is not provided by the institute. The cafeteria is chargeable for what you buy. There are practice labs for working for students who don't have systems at their home.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very professional and helpful. Their teaching skills are very good. The knowledge provided by them is industry-based. They make students industry-ready, but it all depends on the research. We do projects to gain knowledge. There is a lot to learn from their experience.
