Average college with decent infrastructure but limited placements and industry exposure.

Placements: Around 50-60% of BCA students got placed with packages ranging from 1.5 LPA to 4-5 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, and local IT firms. About 30-40% of students got internships, mainly in web development, software testing, and technical support roles.

Infrastructure: The facilities at GVMITM, academic, residential, and lifestyle, are good overall for a practical learning and campus life experience. There is positive student feedback on Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, hostels, and food quality. While a few areas, like medical improvements and regular sports, need attention.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, but the teaching quality is average, with more focus on theory than practical learning. The curriculum is partially relevant and provides basic knowledge, but students need extra skills and certification to be industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, and the pass percentage is usually around 85-90%.

Other: I completed my BCA from this college because of my interest in computer applications and the IT field. The best part of the course is the basic programming knowledge, supportive peers, and decent infrastructure. However, the course needs improvement in practical exposure, an updated syllabus, and placement support. The college conducts cultural events and fests occasionally. The campus crowd is average, connectivity is good, and scholarships are available for eligible students, but industry interaction and extracurricular opportunities should be increased.

Not very satisfied, placement is not good.

Placements: The placement is very low. Good company comes, but for just calling profile, not other posts, as if you are doing HR in MBA, then also you get a calling job, and placement is very less. We keep messaging, but no response. They should improve this and bring a good company and a good profile.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, the college environment is good, a sitting area, and good labs. Wi-Fi connectivity is also there, but for labs only, we can't use it on our phones, which is a bad point. At least we should get to use Wi-Fi when we are paying for it. Wi-Fi connectivity is mentioned in the fee.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well-qualified, and have good knowledge. Their teaching quality is good, they are very supportive, and there's no doubt. Teachers are very good. Curriculum activities are good, but not that much. It's not person to person, some will find good, some will find bad. Passing percentage is also good in exams. See if you will not study, you are not going to pass the exam.

I am satisfied with GVMITM.

Placements: 20 percent of students get placed. The lowest package offered is 1.5 LPA, and the highest package is 2.8 LPA. Internship is conducted in the third year, and every student gets placements through the college placement cell. Mainly, calling profiles are offered in the college. Companies like Amazon, TCS, Flipkart, etc., visit our college for placements.

Infrastructure: All facilities are available in our college, like Wi-Fi, computer lab, classrooms, and library. Four courses are available, i.e., BBA, MBA, BCA, and MCA. I did not opt for the hostel, so I don't know about hostels. Sports events are conducted yearly, and we have fun.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and good. Their teaching method is also good. The teaching quality is good. They are knowledgeable. The college conducts activities to make students industry-ready. Sometimes, semester exams are very difficult. If we study well, we can clear them.
