Great college for a Diploma in Electrical with good faculty, labs, and placements.

Placements: Around 70 to 80 percent of students from our Electrical Engineering Diploma batch got placed through campus drives. The highest package offered is around 4 LPA and the average package ranges between 2.5 to 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies included L&T Tata Power Siemens Adani and Jindal Steel. Many students also got internships in companies like BHEL and NTPC. The top roles offered are Junior Engineer, Electrical Site Supervisors, and Maintenance Technician. Placement support is very active and helpful throughout.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is quite good. Classrooms are spacious and well ventilated, with proper seating and smart boards in some rooms. Wi-Fi is available across the campus, and the labs are well equipped with modern tools. The hostel facilities are decent, with clean rooms and a 24/7 water supply. The food in the mess is hygienic and offers a variety of options. The campus also has a library, medical room, and basic sports facilities, which make student life balanced and comfortable.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, supportive, and always ready to guide students. The teaching quality is up to the mark with a focus on concept clarity. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry ready. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, and the pass percentage is good if you are regular with your studies. Overall, a great learning environment with excellent value for money and an energetic campus life.

Other: I chose this course because I am always interested in electrical systems and wanted a technical career with practical exposure. The course structure is hands on, and the labs are well maintained. The campus life is vibrant with a good crowd and regular extracurricular activities. We have technical fests, cultural events, and sports meets, which make college life enjoyable. One thing that can be improved is the connectivity to the campus, especially for students coming from far off areas. Scholarship facilities are also available for meritorious students.
